I ordered my item two days ago and when I ordered it, I got an email saying that my payment was going through and after it had gone through they would ship my item, this is reasonable. Now, two days later, it said that my payment is STILL pending! This seems very strange to me. I went to look at my item on the website and I think the automated customer service chat was really annoying to use and didn't answer my question of why it took so long, so I went online and found their phone number but apparently they don't have customer service over the phone. Which makes me question why there is a phone number anyway, but I finally found out where to email to talk to someone about this and it got back that someone would respond to me in two to three days? After that I checked the reviews and realized I made a mistake ordering from wish, so I refunded my order. The website definitely doesn't have "fast shipping speeds" As they claim and you are better off ordering from a different website.
