Ordered items end of May and June 5th. CND $250.00 worth. Delivery deadlines changed several times. Today it changed to the end of September and beginning of October. Tried contacting the company because I'm moving to another company by mid-September. Can't get a hold of anybody. This means no goods and no refund. I understand the complications of Corvid but 3 months. These guys are scheisters, con artists. They take your money the moment you order and then you can go f*** yourself. Be warned.
You can contact them when you find out how to do so (good luck!), but nobody will answer you anyway! They get your money, and if something goes wrong (no delivery in my case), you can forget getting your money back!

All the negative reviews are true, I ordered four items 3 months ago and they never arrived. No way of contacting them, they changed the delivery day twice.
You can't call them, only you can send an email, however, you will get a generic reply.

They continue to give me the run around. I ordered items in March and they advised it would arrive by the end of June. Did not arrive then they claim it would now arrive the 1st week of September. They keep using Covid as an excuse but other companies can seem to deliver. The item is of no use to me anymore but they refused to provide a refund although they sent me an e-mail about their 30 refund policy. Very misleading and have not been up front about their service.

Product comes in a thin paper rectangular box necessary to hold 100 individual pieces. This Box was packed and mailed in a small flat padded envelope. Needless to say the Box was destroyed. Company never responded to correspondence asking to make the situation right.

Just unbelievable. Clicked to order a bathing suit in size M. Emailed at the same time asking for information on measurements for medium, as M could mean anything depending on the company, region, product, etc.
Lots of AI bots, the old run around, no information.
Told my product was shipped, and nothing can be done till I receive it.
When I receive it, their medium is our extra small. Very cheap thin polyester. Poor quality.

I ordered 5 items from Wish.com on May 6,2020. On June 11th I asked status of my items as I had not received them as of yet. Only received an automated response of sorry for delay please be patient. On July 6th, I received one small item and it was a Fake of the name brand that I thought I ordered (false advertising on Wish.com) On July 11th, I decided to cancel my order to get a refund as the other 4 items have not arrived. They refunded me $14.65 of the $67.89 that I spent (item received was $4) All customer service is automated responses only, even when I tried to take to upper customer support level, nothing but automated responses that never helped me! On July 27th, I received 2 more of the items I ordered which both were also FAKE from the brand name I thought I was ordering. One of the items when I opened it was not new in package, it was not in a package at all and no instructions and pieces were missing so it doesn't work, it appeared to be an used item that was probably returned. Can't even imagine trying to return anything with their horrible automated customer service. So I feel I was scammed by Wish.com! I Do Not recommend Wish.com! You will not receive what you ordered and it does take 3 months to get your Fake items!

Contacted them with in the 30 days period as i did not receive any of my order, then they say wait another 2 weeks, then contacted them again after 2 weeks, then they say its past the 30 day period they cant help you.

After not receiving an order past the return date, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed a second order for some new items... you guessed it, the same thing happened again.

Complete crap from start to finish. Sure, the prices are cheap on some items, more expensive than other websites on others. Just assume any "name brand" that you recognize is counterfeit. Ordered about ten items, only received three. Several months have passed and they just keep updating the "delivery date" further and further out. Of the items I did recieve, 3000 mAh rechargeable batteries that all three of my chargers rejected as "faulty" and my mAh tester reported at 10% that capacity. Electrical probes that are very clearly cheap and so flimsy that they're unusuable... while the listing shows big, robust probes. And the best one yet, an empty envelope. I went to the website to report a problem, it indicated that an item was being sent out, and simply went to "delivered." Custome service is a joke, refuses to help, says they need the empty envelope to issue a refund.

When I proceeded to send a message to customer support they failed to admit the error. They promised you a product but fail to provide. They have lots of false advertising. Beware what you order.

So yeah, awful experience. I ordered a couple of pillows for my son and have yet to receive them. I ordered them at the beginning of May 2020, received a shipping notification, but nothing ever arrived. I contacted the support 3 separate times. Each time they took any where from 1 week to 2 1/2 weeks just to respond with what looks like an automated response.

Two things come to mind when I read this. First, I can prove my card was charged for the full amount shortly after ordering, the charge still exist today. I sent them a screenshot of both the order and my bank statement, but apparently that's not good enough. Second they requested I send a copy of my personal ID. I will not be sending anything to them when it comes to their request of my ID, even if it's just a picture and name. REALLY, horrible customer service. I will NEVER buy from this site again, so they can enjoy the last $20 I'll ever give them. Yeah you read that right, all of this over a piddly $20.

Did not receive order in full. No way of reaching anybody via the app or phone. Email is the only way. They keep pushing delivery date in order to avoid cancelling Order or issuing refunds. Order has been delayed twice. The first time they pushed delivery day 35 days out. The second time they pushed it 45 days out, total 80 days delay, and counting.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
