They sold me a desk and made me to wait for 25days when I followed up why I havent received this item. After back and forth messages, they said they dont have this desk available anymore.
First of all Wish is very misleading. For example a product may say that it costs 3 dollars but when the item is clicked on, the price goes up quite a bit. Wish also has certain items that are called add on items. This means that these items can't be purchased unless another item is purchased. I am not willing to buy extra items just to buy an add item. That is a waste of money and it just goes to show how greedy and money suckling Wish is!

I had a horrible experience... I bought two patio chairs and it was delivered to the incorrect house. I confirmed it with the post office and Wish never returned my money. Wish only responded with automated text messages. There is no way to talk with a real person. My 70 bucks is gone for good. Terrible Service.

Service does not exist. There are LIMITED questions you can ask on their site about your orders (usually not what you want to know). They email you to see if you received your item, only to tell you to "wait" anyway.
VERY difficult to find a "phone number" for this company, and emails are only "template" forms for responses.

Scammed my wife & I by charging triple beyond agreed price. Then, gave us the runaround.
Seems Wish makes millions by offering relatively cheap product, then scamming extra money once you pay.
They have no one to speak with by phone, except Chinese & Portuguese subtitled responses seem geared toward just putting people off in hope's people will give up & not follow through, i. E., extracting extra for items seems to be their business model, and likely making millions.
There are too many other sites that are both honest and accountable.
I encourage stay away. It's been a headache!

I've been waiting on 8 items since June 4 th now they tell me I have to wait till September 4 to get my items I paid for. Still if it hasn't come by September 4 I have to wait till November to put a claim in. I no longer want any of it but yet I still have to wait till it comes and send it back. Never again. I ordered almost $200.00 worth of merchandise at the end of March, as of today I have received only 4 items, each of them being about $2.00. They claim it you order now you will receive your items by August, that is a joke. I have found no way to call or write to Wish. If anyone has a phone number for them please send it. I bought a puzzle on Wish.com weeks ago. It was cheap alright, however look at how the box arrived! Pieces are even not thicker than a piece of paper! And their colors are completely faded. A real rip-off!

I ordered 3 infrared thermometers on 23 March with expected delivery date of 31 March. Not received by mid April so I sent an inquiry and was told that due to COVID, shipping was taking longer and since the status showed "processing " there was nothing I could do but wait. I continually checked on it and the process date kept changing to the date I was online. 3 months later and out $40+, Wish now says "no refunds after 30 days of expected delivery" 16 emails back and forth, still no mdse and no money. You also cannot talk to a person, email or app process only.

I ordered a CCTV cameras system and it was shipped back to the shipper because of an address mistake on wish, now wish refuse to refund me back $276.00 or send me back the item. Wish just give me the run-around, from saying that the item is in transit to go to the wish app and get a refund, but when I try you can't get no were.My recommendation is you'll have better odds to take your money and go to Vegas

They are awful. You try talking to customer service and it give you an auto response chat box with nothing pertaining to your issue. I ordered something that said it would ship next day and then it said it was going to take a month to get. Ill never use them again
Edit: its been over 2 months now and they have since changed the date it will arrive another month out. Any customer service link will bring you to the bot which will be ******* help. This site is a scam site. There is not 1 person to speak to about my order, it is just directed to a bot with generic questions and at the end they will say, contact us after the delivery date if you have any issues and it closes. Couldnt be more mad.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
