Didn't think it was possible to hate a company this passionately. After using their site initially I was merely annoyed by all of the little details that didn't work right or weren't user friendly. But then I received my second item (a wristwatch) that literally ran backwards. I have now written almost 30 emails to wish.com's support email and only get canned replies. I am pretty sure that nobody is even reading them at this point. I tried calling and they literally will not even speak to you. Wear a mask, gloves, or whatever it takes to avoid Wish.com like the Corona-virus (its almost as horrible)

Received previously used hand sanitizer units. Disgusting! Will not let me return as they say they can't see the fault?! They've told me to use them and then show them they don't work. This company is the worst. I placed an order that said I would have my order within 5 days. Then when I checked my order it had a delivery date of 2 plus months. I tried to reach out to the company about this at least 7 plus times then my order was cancelled by the shipping company and my order payment was refunded to Wish. As of the 3rd day of placing the order no one will help. I reached out to my credit card company about this with proof of the cancellation. I will never do business with this comapny again

I ordered 3 items back in May 2020. It is now August 2020. I have received two of the items, still waiting on the third. The delivery dates were changed and delayed constantly. No way to contact a customer service dept, no way to cancel the order, no way to return an item to get a refund. I should have listened to my friend who warned me away from wish.com. She ordered back before COVID-19 and had the exact same issues. She even received a damaged item and could not get an exchange or refund. I will never order from them again.

Purchased an item that was not the correct size as the product listing. In addition, the item didn't look like the product photo - terrible quality, darker color than photo. Contacted customer service which took forever to reply only to tell me that my refund request does not fall under their refund policy. Their policy clearly states satisfaction guaranteed and a refund for items that are incorrect size or color. This item was both. I don't understand how they are allowed to sell such poor quality items while using an incorrect image to sell said items. Would not order from them again.

The shipping is ridiculous. They say it will take 3 months. My wife ordered from another Chinese site and it came within weeks so there is no excuse. I have also ordered from Europe several times with no issues. Thank God I spent a little over $10.

I ordered a webcam Apr 2, and expected delivery was May 27. Tracking number says the webcam is still in China. When the product did not arrive I requested a refund, to which they responded it's been past 30 days since the estimated delivery date and they will not refund. I have been going back and forth with them for a few days now, but it's not looking good. How is it legal for them to take my money but not deliver a product, and refuse refund!? Do not use Wish, you will not get what you pay for.

Bought a refurbished iPhone 6 from an accredited iPhone dealer on Wish for half the retail price of a new phone. Phone died completely after 5 weeks so can't even be switched on. Automated replies from customer service only redirected me back to order page. I can't get any further because the phone died after 30 days. Total con because there is no way to contact the seller and get the phone repaired!

Ordered item beginning of June. Wish tracking states it has arrived at terminal in Canada 23rd June. First delivery date was July 24th. Now that that date has passed, I am informed that I should expect delivery between August 24th and September 24th. Canada Post maybe slow but not that slow. Chat doesn't work, unable to contact Customer Service, nothing. It's my guess the item never even left China and I've just been had. I hope you choke on the money you crooks.

Attempted over multiple emails and picture forwards to return incorrect size garments until it became clear to me that the asks would continue, but with no real action from Wish. They then just stopped responded to my requests/inquires.
If you buy, you need to plan on keeping it regardless of the miss - it ain't going back!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
