I ordered 3 rings from this site. Gladly to say I didn't spend much as I was trying them out for the first time. The jewelry I received, which was supposed to be SOLDID 925 Silver, was very cheap tinny metal that looked like it had been painted with silver Paint. The 925 stamp, that was shown in what I ordered, was NO WHERE to be seen.

Ordered two items. Wish Keep reporting delivery date. 3 months after, still no headphones and green screen I bought and paid for. 3 months and absolutely no customer service at all. No way to get a refund, nothing but a robot chat to tell me to wait. Trackin says my items are still in china... lol.

I ordered many items from Wish most said i couldn't get so they refunded me but only the cost of the items they kept all the shipping costs! Then two items that were shipped broke. I put in my complaint but i never got my money back. There are two items that i never received and nothing has happened with that! Biggest problem the site is totally automated and there are no people to talk to.

Every time I ordered things from Wish. It's either took three to four months for arrival and sometime it never arrived. Last few months I complained about the non arrival and asked for a refund. Now wish claimed I abuse the refund system. Don't shop there.

I bought an item from wish for $6. A few days later I get a notification from my bank that they have cancelled my card because of suspicious activity. Turns out Wish charged me $481 for items I didn't even order! Now I'm left with no debit card and have to go through the hassle of changing my payment information on my recurrent charges like electricity and rent. I will never deal with them again!

A bunch of thief's and fraudulent criminals behind this app or even scammer I believe. Don't ever try this App. I thought it was serious business, but of course not. When a business does not have a customer service phone number where to call and complain or clarify purchases etc, that says a lot about a business.
I bought $8.50 items and my bank statement shows a charge from Wish of $23.30, really? Then, they pretend not to understand the issue, to not do the refund for the extra charge.
1st of all they don't have a customer services rep. Number where to call and deal with this via phone (of course not!), just like thief.
Second, they play the game of the robot messages where you get responds from different people (who knows if they are even real people) playing the game of (I'm so sorry to hear you got extra charge but we can't do any refund). It's disgusting. They would never be successful stealing people's money that is my only comfort.
Don't try this app pls. Try Amazon, E Bay, Walmart etc I mean serious business that they are not going to play a game to refund simple $15.30. Serious business, would never do that. Don't recommend this App at all. Don't get ripped off! Pls don't try it!

Ordered size 40, 9, 5us size and got a shoe with a measurement of us size 6,5. After 12 emails back and forth. Company allowed me to return my item for a refund but have to pay shipping more then the item is valued.

Even though they advertise a return policy, it is a lie. I rec'd 2 items that were the wrong size & tried to respond using their "system" (an email link that didn't work). There is no customer service PERIOD. So, just know that when you order something, you are stuck with it and you won't get your money back. I "WISH" I had seen these reviews before I ordered from them.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
