While the Wish company is a knockoff brand of major labels, it should still offer as close to decent clothing as possible. What I don't understand is that they manufacture in Asian countries and sell to Americans using their own measures(which are considerably smaller). Why not find out what the measuring equivalent is and make that instead of having a product that constantly disappoints. I'm a plus size women almost 6 feet tall, very few of their items have ever actually fit as described. I don't know why I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. Then on top of that, they make the return and refund process extremely difficult. This is a fraud company from their material to their sizing. I will not be a continuing customer.

They stole a lot of my money by tricking me into "being patient" Because of COVID-19 which was their excuse for my items not being delivered as promised and I was. Now the items I was waiting for from May never arrived and these thieves are telling me I will not get my money and I won't get the stuff I bought. I'm reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission and telling everyone what THIEVES they are. The items you do get are cheap wanna be knock offs of the advertised products. I'm going to show you their ridiculous refund policy. If you agree to wait and be patient like they ask but your items were scheduled to arrive on a certain date and 30 days pass from that day. They tell you that you can no longer receive a refund and you will not get the items you ordered and patiently waited for per their request. Just read this dumb $#*! policy they have made up now. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES! If you really want to throw your money away I'll take it and I'll at least have the decency not to lie to you as make you wait for merchandise I never intend to give you. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK! May as well give your purse or wallet to a stranger. Nothing but thieves!

My order originally said it would arrive in two weeks. It has now been updated three times, and is so far four months overdue. It is never within 30 days of the arrival date so as per the refund policy I cannot cancel my order. My tracking info has my item sitting at the China departure hub (wherever that is) for two months now. Listen, pay a few extra dollars and order from ANY other company. I have now officially learned my lesson after being stung twice! Wish is a nightmare.

Started in the beginnng about 6 months ago to appear to be for customers do not be fooled. I had some defective items come so asked for refunds. I got a notice that because I had so manyrefunds they have blocked me so I cannot even talk to customer service. Pretty nervy when they send you defective items and block you so you cannot do anything about it., There products are different than what you see in picture most of the time. Made in China, that says it al. Shipping takes for ever. Do yourself a favour stay away.

Once you place an order you are stuck with it and they change the delivery time as they please. I ordered 5 items back in may and originally I was scheduled to receive them in June, still nothing and they changed the delivery dates to end of September.
I already bought and received what I needed from a different store, but Wish does not allow me to cancl the orders despite the fact that it will take months ro get them.

This wish app is a waste of time. If you want to wait for a product that keeps switching its dates and never comes. Use this app. No operators to talk too. As well as automatic response emails. Want money back. Dont know you to talk too?

I did an order in June 2020 supposed to get it 15 days after, I never got it til now, they just adjust the date of delivery each time. When I try to reach customer service, the call fall no way, noone response, the call is cut. I tried to send email and no response, they are just thieves. Don, t drop your money.

Ordered items on May 20/20 it is now August 11/20. Everytime the delivery date gets close they just push it back a month.

I ordered a few products back in early June. It was supposed to have arrived towards the end of the month. Just a day before it was to arrive, the date moved further by a couple of weeks... the same thing kept happening... and has continued till date. No one on customer care ever responds... i just want my money back and be done with this shady platform. By my experience with Wish, I can state with certainty that they aren't managed professionally or ethically. Their actions are barely legal and can take your money and not deliver a product, blaming covid19 for every delay. I think they try to just drag it out indefinitely till you lose patience and give up on them. Im never going to use this sketchy company again and am actively informing everyone in my circle against them.

The clothing does not look remotely like the pictures and the sizes run very large. The quality is terrible! I ordered yard accent lights and received damaged boxes and broken items. It's sad, they have amazing pics and do an awesome job fishing you in. I don't ‘"Wish" my experience on anyone. :(

I ordered a mask and 10 filters from them and only got filters which I have no use for without the mask and costing around$25.00. I have notified them many times but they do not answer the customer service phone number only with a message you email them. Emailing them I only got the run around and I contacted the wrong person and I need to contact someone else who tells me I need to contact the person that told me to contact them. Everyone attitude seems to be it's not my job. Also they have blocked me out of my account and will not reset my password and I have emailed them about that as well. It's been horrible doing business with them.

Buyer beware...
Ordered a watch off of the Wish app in April, was supposed to receive it in May, got it in July. The watch was consistently slow 15 minutes every hour. Requested a refund after 3days of receiving it. Keep getting robo responses from their "customer service" department that they are sorry about my poor experience with them and they are contacting the vendor... it has been a month and counting. I will never buy anything from them again

Don't bother purchasing from this dreadful company. Received dress wrong size returned at my cost, various delay tactics employed like cant read picture of return receipt sent further copies with details of return code and when delivered and who signed for it. Still delay tactics until now return times out. So not only cost of dress and delivery plus return cost, but no dress either. Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
