Purchased an item that was not the correct size as the product listing. In addition, the item didn't look like the product photo - terrible quality, darker color than photo. Contacted customer service which took forever to reply only to tell me that my refund request does not fall under their refund policy. Their policy clearly states satisfaction guaranteed and a refund for items that are incorrect size or color. This item was both. I don't understand how they are allowed to sell such poor quality items while using an incorrect image to sell said items. Would not order from them again.
