I understand that there have been massive delays for items from China but now I'm FURIOUS! There was one item that I never received since I ordered OVER 4 months ago. They gave a partial refund for the shipping cost of a top I ordered. Then I got messages about the pandemic, please be understanding and blah blah blah. So now as of today 8/29/20, I get on there select "no" I haven't received this item. And what do I get? A NOTE STATING THAT ITS PAST THE REFUND PERIOD, DO I WANT WISH CASH? OMG! No, I don't want to have any sort of tie to these idiots!

Absolutely garbage but that shouldn't be a surprise when you see their prices. I've ordered 4 clothing items and everyone often was ridiculously small. After the first time, I ordered 2 sizes too big and the item would have fit a child. The last item was just stupid small. I sent pictures and they told me the label reads the right size so the item is right. All responses are automated. I got the same exact response 3 times so nobody is actually reading their complaints. I've closed my account. You value your hard earned money, do not buy from Wish!

I ordered a tattoo kit never and recieved it. I wrote to wish and they said that they can not do anything because it's showing that the silvery was made already. I live in a the apartment house. I have had nothing but problems with wish items. They are for the most part pieces of crap. They have this $1 daily deals that are 100% fake. They have different excuses when your "too late" (always never qualify). They take 3 to 4 weeks to get your money back. That's them making money on the interest while waiting for your money back. This company is able to sell items so cheap because they're running a scam. They fill just enough of their orders to not get shutdown. The rest of them are usually for small amounts and they never send the item. They make it impossible to contact a real person, and offer no resolution to get your money back. They will give you the run around endlessly with fake support that copys and pastes the same message. Eventually, customers give up rather than keep fighting for whats usually a few dollars, and wish.com makes a profit.

Customer service is completely useless and basically automated! Items are cheap but rarely arrive. Don't waste your money, shop elsewhere. They can never track your package, always shows it's still in China, 3 months after I ordered it. Beyond frustrated, absolutely no more purchases for this lady!

I Ordered 3 items from Wish in May have yet to receive 2 of the items. Just received the 1st item last week, 15 weeks since I ordered it. When I try to search the other items there is nothing, all it says is it has left China. I have had several emails from them which have not been helpful. Not sure why they can't locate it and tell me where it is but instead they send me links that don't work. I followed their Web Assistant, wasn't helpful either. Thankfully I didn't spend a lot of money. I'm more angry with the fact that they advertise 7 to 10 days. I have ordered from wish before and It NEVER TAKES 7 to 10 days I was expecting a 4 to 6 week window which is reasonable but it's approaching 16 weeks so I'm thinking I'm not going to get it at all, And by all the advertising that pops up on all our screens it seems "Wish" has expanded or is affiliated with "Light in the Box". So Buyer Beware! I agree with Nancy J. The reviews that say you get items on time are not real. And Suzy C. I feel awful you got burned for the amount you did. It truly is Criminal! Another site you should watch out for is "Inspire Uplift" They do not return refunds either. I will never order from them again! And have reported them to BBB.

I ordered a week ago, the tracking number they gave me is wortless, they say it may take as long as 2 months,( california to arizona) which is completely ridiculous, they claim DHL has the package DHL denies that all they say is they have electronic notification, Wish keeps saying wait two months, i feel like wish is giving me the old wait and see run around that you get just before you get screwed, i would advise anyone to stay away from wish, their customer service is rude and incompetent at best.

I purchased a high end product over $230, plus shipping. I followed the prompts to track this item and the response was always that the item was delayed for 2-3 weeks. Item said it was delivered but I never received item. When I approached WISH and kept receiving an automated response regarding a 30day refund policy. I believe it is unfair if WISH responses that the item is delayed 2-3 weeks from the initial ETA and that customer should wait for item, but the item never arrives. Customer waits for item and the 30 days pass because item is delayed (perhaps due to covid) and customer in good faith waits for item to arrive. Passing 30 day refund policy. When item does not arrive, WISH should provide a REFUND after the 30 days has passed plus the extra delay time WISH suggested us to wait. WISH does not provide a refund for the item although WISH told customer to wait for item to arrive 2-3 weeks delayed. I am not satisfied and never received my expensive item. Does WISH value us as customers? In good faith, they should honor the refund.

I attempted to make a small purchase on Wish.com. I never received a confirmation email on account creation or order creation. When I attempted to log in, it failed. I did however see the charge appear on my credit card. Using their 'contact' link results in automated responses that ask you wait for up to three weeks for a refund. Three weeks later, no refund has been provided, and I still get automated responses to my attempts to contact them. Luckily, the purchase was not too large, but learn from my mistake - do NOT attempt to purchase anything on this site; you are literally giving away your money.

I've ordered once before COVID-19 in 2019 and the items never came after 2 months... PayPal refunded me.
Then I ordered 10 items before COVID in FEB 2020 and by April 2020 they were blaming it on COVID!
I'm glad I paid with PayPal, because Paypal refunded me... NOT WISH.
Their customer service is virtually non-existent... I don't understand why this company is still in business!

The pants came too small. Way too small. After months of waiting. And while customer empathizes, they say I'm stuck with them. Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
