I ordered a watch. It took over a month to receive. Also it was not the one I ordered. They substituted with another brand. I received it on 9/3 and today 9/10 it no longer runs. It came with no instructions so I can't set it if it was running. Buyer beware. This is a very fraudulent company. The Federal government needs to step in and shut this company down. Do not believe any of the reviews on their website... they have to be self created. Some of their content looks great on their website with descriptions of ‘soft leather' with the shoes that I ordered. They arrived and are as far from leather as could possibly be. The same with everything on this site. What you see is NOT what you get. I ordered clothes on April 5th for the summer by the middle of August they still weren't here so I cancelled the order. Then miraculously they arrived. Same issue as above cheap shoddy material and NOT as advertised. Also beware a lot of the time this company will charge shipping for each individual item even if all items are ordered at the same time. So the super discounted items may surpass the regular price due to shipping charges.
In terms of quality I have seen better quality in the dollar. I don't know about electronics but as far as fashion goes I have only one piece of advice and that is BUYER BEWARE!

I received headphones I ordered and the left side doesn't work. I tried everything and still nothing. I contacted WISH about it and they told me I would get a REFUND OF $25 IN 21 DAYS.

I have been a wish customer for several years but today it seems to me that they are not honest with the prices because a price appears on the purchase page and when you pay the price it doubles and you have to pay a price up to three times higher, plus the shipping They are charging it much more expensive than what the item you are buying costs and if you are not careful and pay attention to paying you are buying something much more expensive than in local stores or more expensive than well-known brands

I register wish.com this March. I was confused how could the prices be so low. But anyway I bought three items worth less than 10 dollars in total. The estimated delivery is about 1 month. Then one month later nothing received. My shopping history page just puts the estimated delivery to one or two weeks later. Then later it changed again, and again. Now five months have passed and none of the three shipments arrived. The estimated delivery just change again and again for about 15 times.

Every item I've ordered took an average of two MONTHS! NOT WEEKS. I am still waiting for two masks I ordered on May 20th 2020. It said my order would be in by July then Aug 29th. No delivery and when I tracked the order, it hasn't shipped. I know there is a pandemic and deliveries are being delayed. This is ridiculous. I will never order anything again from Wish.

Very difficult to get a refund for items that dont fit. Have been trying for 6 days. They keep asking for more photos. Poor quality also (compared to pictures) sizing is off from us sizing by 3 or more sizes

Having paid over £134 for a tv in may 2020 I have not received it and don't expect to, I've also not received a refund off this company so I would advise anybody and everybody not to buy from this company especially as they are based in America not in Britain,

I recently placed an order with Wish. When submitting my order the system had changed the city and state that I put in. There was no way for me to go back to my order and change shipment info. Because the order had already went through.
I reached out to Wish concerning this matter and I was told that I was not going to be able to receive a refund or my items if the address was put in wrong. The thing is I put in everything right and when submitting the order the system changed the city and state info. I was told to contact the carrier.
I like WISH and shopping with them. I have purchased great things from WISH and received what I have ordered with no problem. This was the first time I have ever had a problem. The response I received from WISH after sharing this issue uninspired me to want to shop with them again. It made me think if another system error occured that I would not get my money back nor an attempt from WISH to send my products. Be careful when shopping with WISH. I placed an order at the beginning of August and soon after I had spoken to a friend, I cancelled the order within an hour. I asked them to please cancel and I received a poorly written reply mentioning just one of the items in my order. I wrote them back and insisted that the entire order be cancelled. I immediately notified my credit card company who is well aware of their modus operandi. I have continued sending emails and I have not gotten any reply. The US phone number they show on their site does not work.

Wish is a scam i ordered items spent 77 dollars worth and plus shipping and they said my items will be refunded and i never asked for a refund never received my items or my money and they say again will receive my refund on another day and to allow 14 days and still never received my money. And i kept contacting customer support they said that a support agent will contact me they never did this is a scam.

I ordered seeds for succulents, lithops and blue string of pearls. Seeds came but they are not what I ordered. It took months to get the order which was understandable during the pandemic. The seeds were only labelled in Chinese, but I assumed that they were one of the 3 ordered. None of the seeds were succulents. Wish makes it impossible to contact customer service. One set of seeds took 4-5 months to arrive and are not viable! Not one sprout! Boo!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
