I ordered on wishful the first time bought 9 items all clothing. On June 5th 2020. Took wish 3 months to deliver my order must of the clothes was super small. In large size and items were not the ones I ordered theys sended different ones and in another colors I did not ordered. The quality of the fabrics is terrible and is September 2020 and they still still have not deliver yet last item I think they stole it. Because wish app said I have not order history. Customer service is the worse they don have a phone number were u cam call just a chat with a computer... please don't wait ur money on this app is the worse I have ever seen i will never ever spend or waist money on this app again. I ordered 2 items for a drone on June 6th. They had a delivery date for two weeks. The items got here September 5th. They would not let me cancel the order nor get a refund prior to that. They make it extremely difficult to communicate with them and process a return. This is it in a nutshell. The "support tickets" are useless. Never ever again will I order from them. I'm taking the loss on the products. I ordered them some where else in July and received them as promised from another vendor.

I just received my so called door mat after one month of waiting. The item that should have cost very little ended up costing me $111.00 due to shipping and US conversion. The item resembles nothing to a door mat, it is some kind of a cloth that does not belong anywhere. Shame on you for this, I am so angry and I wish I could return it.

I ordered on June 15,2020 to be delivered between Jun 26,2020 - Jul 3,2020. That was the time wish sent me.
Then the delivered time was modified for the end of July, then for August, then for September, an now it is for October.
I call the number that appears in the web site, but only answer machine.
I sent emails to *******@wish.com and Arbie Jane says the delivery is still on frame time. (I do not think this a real person, it is a name they just put in the email).

I've ordered from wish but not received anything. Shortly after I was sent emails about my Paypal account being suspended. Instead of clicking on the Link in the email I contacted PayPal and they told me it was an attempt to phish info to hack into my account! I'm now waiting on a refund. I know it was Wish because it's the only activity on my account. I won't try to buy anything from wish again! After reading reviews most are negative. The deals sound too good to be true! That's why!

I spent around $150 on 4 TMNT Neca 1990 figures. I selected high quality figures and paid extra for them. The estimated delivery was around 30 days, but it took 100 days to arrive. I don't mind waiting as it never bothers me...
The figures I received have all the paint scratched off their faces and they look damaged. I provided 6 pictures to wish customer service and they basically said "Well it's been over 30 days since the estimated delivery time. There's nothing we can do have a nice day."

The wish said that my shipping would be delivered by the 3th of septhember but it changed to 14 october and thats not the same date. The delivery costs were 31 dollar for just three sweaters, i would not recommend it cant get any worse.

Ordered a pulse ox in April. Never came as promised and kept blaming Covid. After 4 months and only a refund of $4.00 for delivery charges still no product. Several emails sent to them and only get the same generic response. Now it looks like all that they will give me is a store credit. Saying I do not qualify for a cash refund because of their return policy. I did remind them that they kept pushing up the delivery date, if not received by 8/31/2020 I could request a cash refund. Highly recommend to buy elsewhere.

They say delivered but there is nothing. Tracking number does not work. Pay Pal does not refund (surprise there) This company does not disclose that items are coming internationally. Then when the date passes, I look on my account to see what happened and the ship date is pushed out another month. No notification and no way to speak with a customer service person. All done online and they will not cancel an order. Terrible. I will never use this site again.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
