Ok, so Wish.com has great deals, hands down the best deals anywhere. It's also relatively easy to navigate and purchase items.
The issue with wish.com is, that you can expect about 25% of the items you purchased to:
1) Never show up, or take 2 months+ to arrive
2) Be the wrong item
3) Be the wrong color, style, or size.
That being said, most of the sellers are willing to fully refund you or send you the right item to make up for it.
Having now bought 100+ items from wish.com myself I would personally say that it's worth it.
If you want fast shipping or demand designer quality wish is not for you. But if you're willing to wait 3 weeks for a faux winter jacket that only costs $12 and it looks like one you seen at Walmart for $198, then this site is for you.
There's no intentional scams that I've seen, the prices are legit. Items are usually lower quality, but the prices definitely reflect it.
They had what I needed at good price. What more could I ask for. I've been looking for a replacement for a few months and then I ran across this store. The only thing is the directions state "use provided alcohol wipe to prep for installation " didn't have the wipes but I didn't buy it based on the prep wipe just the button repair decals. So no big deal.
Well let me start by letting everybody know that wish customer service is not what they say. The product you get is hit or miss. Most of the time their old product and when they don't work wish customer service Lord Phillips is not helpful and they expect you to keep the packaging for who knows how long and if you don't have they use it against you. Not too good for wish. Lord Phillips you need better customer service skills. After this I would let you go because you job is to help the customers. Here is the lights I bought not bright super dim. The product I ordered and paid for, was not what I received. I received a very evident cheaper low quality product. Their customer service is awful, their return policies protects the merchant only, no concern for the customer at all. And what is worse, there is no way I can block them from my email address, since their deceiving sales messages keep popping up in my emails. Attached are the pictures of the product they advertised and the picture of the product I received. Stay away from this company!

I have placed several orders with wish.com. In a nutshell Wish sells cheap Chinese products with no instructions of how to use the product or very brief instructions written in Chinese. You will wait weeks and weeks on any purchase. The product reviews on the site are fake simply because they all say the same thing regardless of what product it is. "Shipped so fast" never... "I haven't used it yet but it's looks great!" not... "I can't wait to use my products!" how is a review even possible if you have never even used it? Think about it... It's a very overrated "company" and if you are looking for cheap made items with no instructions and want to wait a month or more for the cheap products then Wish is for you. That is Wish in a nutshell. I am still waiting on items I purchased what seems like forever ago. I tried Wish and it's terrible so I would not recommend it it to anyone.
Please do not order from this company! Been a month since I placed an order and still haven't received it. Women sizes fit children and quality is not what it says. There order tracking is so off that it doesn't even make sense. Wow! Please tell your friends to stay away...
Ordered several things within the last month... a few things started coming. Terrible! Its like they show you the pic of an item they are knocking off and laughing at you because they have your money. Customer service is a joke! If you order from them, be prepared to be disappointed!
Multiple orders placed months ago and their support is non existent. It says if the order doesn't arrive by delivery date, to contact them but there is no way to actually contact them and they just repeatedly push the delivery date farther away. Don't waste your time or money. Shop eBay or Amazon. At least they have real support and take care of their customers.

I have been waiting for over $300.0 worth of products from this company going back all the way to March it is now halfway through August! The company refuses to refund my money as they say they cannot do so well the item is in transit. However they keep adjusting the delivery by date never ever buy anything from this company it is a fraud!

Wish was OK at first. Recently I ordered a particular item. I received it. Then I received another identical item which I didn't order. Then I found my credit card was charged for three such items. Being trying to get some customer support ever since but it's virtually impossible. Never again!
The store is packed full of goodies! Things for your home, your car, your boat and all at an affordable... or better... price. Sometimes shipping is fast and quick. But be careful. Some items come in slow and some don't work. I found most items come from overseas and why it takes longer to receive your purchase.
I'm from india... in my country already people scared by China products but I saw this website... i placed my order 3 weeks ago. I didn't received yet.

Never received merchandise, can't reach anyone in customer service, they direct you back to the website. Awful and deceptive--they should be shut down. After a month without my order, I tried to contact them, but can't get a response back even after a week through the website.
I suspect this is a SHAM operation. Don't do it.
I really loved this app! Specially the products for home decor! Good quality and they ship very fast! I received everything that i ordered before the deadline.
And it´s so easy to buy, that´s a plus!
I've ordered a few times from Wish with mixed success. It's incredibly sketchy - don't buy anything until you've read every review and fully considered. Some products are great, but the majority are cheap terrible knock offs. I've gotten really great stuff there, and really mediocre stuff. Don't expect anything to ship within a month.
Ordered a few times with no problem. But the most expensive item I bought $39.00 was not delivered even though they said they did. Checked with my post office using the tracking number they gave it, and its never left the mainland. They owe me money and will not refund it. Americans should beware.

I here all kinds of positive reviews, thoughts & comments from friends and other people but I order something and then they keep extending the original delivery date. It takes forever to show up whatever i order. I have 3 things on order right now whenever those things show up I'm done with wish.
I haven't had issues so far with wish. You all have to remember. Don't order something you need soon. If you order from wish EXPECT to give at LEAST 3 weeks for shipping. Its coming from CHINA... so yes its going to take a while. Its not like ebay or amazon. And you still have problems with those sites. I mean think you getting something for DIRT cheap. Remember. You get what you pay for. This website is for people who don't have a lot of money to spend on items & get what you want for a discounted price. Just keep that in mind. I like wish for the most part I just order a TON of stuff last night so we shall see how it works I have ordered a bracelet and scarf before. Granted the scarf was very cheap material but hey I paid $1.50 for it!
We bought a watch which not only never arrived but WISH moved the arrival date 3 times on us to avoid a refund... now they only refunded the shipping and told us we have to wait another 1.5 months for the item refund even thought it was due to arrive a week ago? What a scam... take the money and then hold it for months... basically they sell fake items and use your money to gain interest or invest it while thy hold you back! Avoid this scam site!

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
