All the items I have received are great, but shipping is a problem because it is high. Though I understand some things you just need to pay for shipping. The only other issue I had was two of my packages didn't look like the image. I was very disappointing, overall Wish does great service.
Wish states that they do not sell counterfeit goods thru their website. Every item I have got, watches mostly, have been knock offs of an original. Then they charge shipping for each item, which is fine, but then combine that shipping, without any savings to the consumer. Paid $32 for shipping 2 items that were. 2 kg.
Worst shopping experience ever. Added items to cart, then went to bed with the intention of weeding duplicate items and finalizing the order the next day. The next morning I had a notification from my bank that Wish had charged me $195 for EVERYTHING in my cart, including 12 duplicate items. It has been 29 days, and Wish's automated support system won't even let me ask how to get reimbursed for the shipping I had to pay to return the crap. Every single message from Wish support is irrelevant, pre-scripted bad advice that fails to even come close to addressing problems like this. I just wanted my money back, but now I am hours into attempted communication, additional shipping expenses, and absolutely no support whatsoever from Wish.

Terrible delivery timing too long to wait. More than a month of delivery was so unacceptable only from China to SG. I ordered items before from another online store, it won't take 3 weeks for items coming from China. Once you paid for it, that's the time it will reveal the delivery date & time. So no more chance for you to cancel it and their customer service online telling the same, the order already confirmed so they cannot file a return & refund for the item. Don't buy on Wish if you can't wait for more than a month of delivery. That's the reason why it was so cheap because of the delivery period was so unacceptable.

I ordered a key fob shell and a winter jacket on Feb. 6. Wish billed me for 3 jackets, and I have never received any of this stuff. My bank investigated and told me "buyer beware". Don't risk losing your money with this company.
I've bought many things on Wish and always look there first now before buying other places. I was shopping for an Avocado slicer, they were $10 on Amazon and I found the same one for $1 on Wish! Will definitely be back, great experience!

Wish is amazing regarding their gadgets and other products, except for clothing, but it does take a while to get through the mail, but truly not everything is bad, somethings have served me for 2 years and going from there, so you mainly get what you paid for, but sometimes you may get a steal ;) (also keep in mind their clothing is mainly asian size, read the descriptions and ratings before buying any product.)
If you love Wish, try there other sites... Home, Geek & Cute. Have ordered jewelry, cosmetics, nail care products, iPhone products, fishing products & more. Almost always get items before due date. The items I have not received or have taken to long, have always been refunded. I think they're great. Have never ordered clothing, there sizing is always small & the reviews usually say poor quality. But, very satisfied & cost is low.
One star to many. If you decide to order from this site take screen shots of order and delivery dates because when item misses arrival date Wish.com adds weeks to new arrival date. When you file dispute they will add weeks from new date they posted and drag out return for a item that shows no movement with tracking for over 60 days. Better off buying on Amazon item arrive and you can actually talk to a real agent not a robot with no answers to remedy situation.

Which has a wonderful selection of products and the prices on most products are just terrific. The customer service is outstanding. Some items I've never received but that is postal problems I'm sure and tracking but I am very satisfied with shopping with wish.
I bought a hose which leaked on both ends (spigot and nozzle) right out of the package. Customer support--they told me to pound sand--was crooked and refused to honor the 30 day refund policy. Here is a photo of the leaking hose.

Ordered a birthday gift for a grandchild whose birthday is at the end of May. They keep changing the due date and are now telling me they "might" refund if I don't get it after October.

I have been shopping with Wish for a long time now. If an item arrives and is not the size or colour I ordered they immediately refund your money. I have never had an ounce of problems with Wish. Okay, they take a long time to be delivered (sometimes 6 weeks) but they do come and if they arrive a lot after the due date you will be refunded. Not always the best quality but you can rate the supplier on the Wish site. I believe they have many suppliers.
I have ordered a bunch of stuffs worth 409.01$ In total
Out of them, I've received items for total amounts of 150$ (which I've received past the estimated time) and the rest $178 worth items, never came none of them, its been 6 months since and no sign of receiving but what's good is that they refunded the exact amount of money for which I've lost without arguing or hesitate and I'm still ordering from them. I kinda love all the items I've got so far
I saw a couple of womens' skirt/dresses I liked & for the price decided to give it a try. I read the return policy "within 30 days" therefore, I could exchange if item didn't fit. UNTRUE. Item received, needed a larger size. First you can only contact this company online, finally answered only online & stated item unavailable for return. Tried contacting by phone, no phone support, referred back to website. Online questionnaire came up asking if I was satisfied with response, however, you are unable to click on "no", only "yes"! Made it clear I wanted only an exchange for larger size. The item was cheaply made, however, the price was also cheap. I would NEVER do business with this company again and advise others to STAY AWAY

With the price of most things I think that this site has great deals. The few times something never arrived or was damaged I received a full refund without a hassle. The only downside is that I've had jewelry that has broken easily or turned quickly. That is no fault of the site but I am more careful about what I purchase from now on. If you want something quickly this is not the site that can achieve that for you so shipping is slow but worth every penny if you are patient. I always recommend Wish.
I bought a Slimming Massager and the battery door won't close with the batteries in it. I wrote to find out how to return it as the package had all Chinese writing on it but I never heard anything back from them and that's been 2 or 4 weeks ago. I will never, ever get another item from them and will be posting my experience on Face Book and throwing the lousy item in the trash. Thanks for nothing Wish.com.
I have ordered multiple items of this site. Most of it never arrived after waiting 30 + days. Yes i got my refund. But what is the point of shopping on wish when you never get your stuff. It's a joke. And even the stuff you do get is low in quality.

I am a repeat customer of Wish - I got reeled in on the" first item free, just pay shipping" but what has kept me coming back is how quickly customer service takes care of issues. Normally my items come on time or early. If they don't make it by the delivery date, I inform customer service and I am credited back immediately and told if the item does arrive to keep it as a gift for the trouble I have gone through. I haven't found any other site that is US based that will do that for the customer. The website clearly states there will be a wait for the items, there is no "rush" shipping. But I have done price comparisons, if I want to pay more and not wait, I will order from somewhere else, but most of the time I don't need what I have ordered that quickly. I recommend them and will continue to purchase from Wish.
I so far have not had a problem with the Wish app and neither has my fiance. I recommend that you check reviews on EVERY item you are thinking of purchasing so you don't end up with a bad item. I have only purchased items with awesome reviews because I am aware the entire site is sketchy! I would rather play safe then pissed passed off sorry. Otherwise everything i have ordered was awesome and always showed up.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
