Hi wish we were doing good business at first now you blocked me and won, t let me shop anymore saying someone else tryed to use my account personal that was a good thing to do if someone else tried to use my account if in fact this is true you can, t get any phone contact with any people I do not know if I am, being over charged for anything because you don, t have packing slip in any of the items or on my bank statement you only have the wish name and item numbers and I had gotten loads of stuff off your site um, disappointed in the fact you blocked me from buying now because you should have caught the person trying to use my account I am, greatful you blocked for no one else to get my account but $#*! An many people I know love it as well I have ordered many items an they all came I did order one item an it came broken took pics sent them poof an I got a fast refund no problems I have been ordering off wish for a very long time yea the cloths are a bit on the smaller side so I fpnt recommend ordering them but hey I really don't buy cloths I can't try on anyway sucks all these pros had suck issues mabey it's something there doing wrong I don't no but myself an many family members and friends use wish.com all the time an we love it yes some of the products may not be the best qualities but your getting what you pay for for the prices the products are great! After you order from these people you will notice charges against your credit/debit card from websites based overseas. They take your money then falsely charge you again and again. They are nothing but scammers and thieves!
I thought I had a problem with my merchandise bc I couldn't get it to turn on! I contacted customer service they responded same day next day offered me a full refund and not have to send the item back but I finally got it to work it was the fist company that helped me in a fast manner without a argument or me having to pay shipping and handling fist before receiving the refund. Great company!
Steer clear of "you wish". Quick to take your money, have to hound to get responses and when you finally get a response, it is rubbish, delay tactics. Do not purchas anything through them. I have used aliexpress with fantastic customer service and excellent products. If you post your ripped off experiences on "your wish" website and other forums, please also highlight good alternative shopping options. This way we highlight "your wishes" bad customer service and steer people to more reputable options. Hit them where it hurts,... finacially, bad publicity and potential customers being sent to more trustwothy competition shopping sites. No stars for this shonky organisation. I will continue to post every day everywhere I can to prevent others being ripped off and to get my money back.
I have no idea what half these reviews are talking about! I have shopped with them for about a year. If i bought it i got it and in timely manner and in good shape. One time a ring was taking too long and i decided to get a refund and they did give me my money back immediately. Then the ring came following week. Never no more said about it. I guess its just a matter of opinion like everything. BUT I LOVE WISH SHOPPING!
I've been ordering from Wish for a long, long time. I have never had a problem. Yes, the shipping takes forever +a day, but it's CHINA, people! Depending on where you're from, it could take months to receive your items. Also remember that you get what you pay for. Read the fine print, and don't expect miracles in shipping times. I love Wish! Great prices and excellent selection. Just a word to the wise, the sizing charts can be off. I'm a US size medium, I always order a Large/X-Large in shirts. I always order my size (6-US) in shoes, they always fit perfec tly.

I have ordered from Wish for about 2 years now and have never had a problem getting my orders even though it took two or three months to get some items. Sometimes the quality is better than expected; sometimes it looks nothing like what you ordered. Then my credit card company for the card I use for this site advised me that someone was trying to hack it. I recently asked two sellers for refunds because I had not gotten their product and one said oh yes, we'll refund it but has not, and with the other one, someone from Wish sent me a message saying I have to request a refund within 30 days of ordering even though it takes longer than that to get the item. It really doesn't matter because you will never get that refund. Order at your own risk!
THIS IS NOT A SCAM. To all those who are complaining about quality - u get what u pay for. When you order a $1 mascara no matter what claim they make your not going to get Chanel quality. I would much rather be out a $1-2 than $30-50 that actual stores can rip you off for. Its fun shopping and to be approached more like a flea market or swap meet. The quality def ranges from lower end but you can luck out and get some really good quality stuff. As far as customer service goes its no worse than anywhere else. Ive had worse issues with Amazon than this app (going back to im only out a few $$ if something goes wrong). If u absolutely need high quality this probably isnt the app for you - especially for all those complaining about electronics... seriously really?! - dont blame them when your expectations of highest quality at the cheapest price dont come through. And there are thorough descriptions of exactly what you get in your order - make sure to read the description well dont just go off the picture
A couple of days after my items were to arrive i sent an email to see when I could expect to receive them. The response was that they checked my order, decided to cancel my order, and would be refunding me. I did not ask for my order to be canceled. When I tried to discuss my frustration, I emailed customer support. I only received seemingly form emails in return that did not address my questions and frustrations. They also did not help me sign onto my account that I was not able to sign onto because it said my email was invalid. Calling the company... you can't speak to anyone! Don't count on receiving your order. Very unreliable and pitiful customer service!
I have ordered many items from Wish and everything has been perfect! The first thing I ordered were suspenders for costumes I make. I didn't realize they came with bow ties, so at $2 each it was a great value and quality of suspenders and ties are excellent - as good as a $15 or $20 set and they arrived in about a week! Mostly everything else I ordered were craft and sewing items - most arrived very quickly - some took longer but received. Only 2 items never received and was promptly refunded! I highly recommend this site. I have not tried fashion or shoes yet but will review when I do. I also read complaints from people about being asked for pics of credit cards. I use paypal to pay for items so there is no need for credit card info - makes for smooth and secure transaction.

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
