I went on wish and bought a watch and hair extensions
The watch was supposed to be free but it ended up I had to pay for shipping and the watch came but it looked nothing like the picture. Then the hair extensions was supposed to come March 27th 2017 it is now may and I still do not have my hair extensions and I need that for prom and not upset at me very much and I tried to call we should put it keeps telling me to go back to the app and go to customer service which is stupid because I try to go to customer service and it just tells me that after I ship it will arrive 31 business days and I can't wait 31 business days after I already waited a month I hate this app it will not recommend it to anyone and I still want my extensions
First of all, any review that says something like "Looks good. Haven't tried it yet" is useless & just annoying, but if the review is longer than one sentence, it's likely worth your time to read it. Even the reviews not in your language can help just by the number of stars, & sometimes there are pictures. Clothes are a crap shoot in both quality & size, but if the reviews mention "Asian sizing", or the item was "too small", order accordingly. The most helpful clothing reviews will say something like "I wear an American size 12, so I ordered a size XXL & it was still too small; or "I wear an American size 14, so I ordered a size XL because the reviews said the item was in American sizes & it fits perfectly. Jewelry, more often than not 'looks like' the real thing, but for the prices they charge, are probably paste, even when it says it's a real stone. Don't know if "sterling silver" jewelry is authentic, but it sure looks like it & for my purposes, it's good enough. I bought a CZ engagement/wedding band set for $12 +shipping & it totally looks like a high quality diamond ring set. "Leather" products are almost always polyurethane. One brand that I've had great success with is Roswheel, which sells cloth bicycle bags, but I wouldn't have known it was a good bet without reading the reviews. Bottom Line: If you don't have time to read the reviews, don't buy from Wish.
I ordered 3 bathing suits and it took two months to arrive. The cost of the bathing suit was $6.00 with a $3.00 shipping. When they arrived two of them were not the same as they were shown on the website. One of them was a different color and the other one had different writing than the picture shown- not to mention they are not true to size. They run really small. I wear a medium and ordered an extra large and it was still too small. When you order make sure you look and see if they are true to size.
I bought a wig and paid $80,00 for it was a horrible cut and it didn't look like to picture at all you should really stop selling things on here that doesn't look like the picture I really wasted my money on a peace of $#*! wig bad bad as well as horrible

Ordered Items take FOREVER to arrive (a time frame of MONTHS), IF they arrive at all... 2 of the last 3 orders I have made NEVER showed up. The 3rd was over a month PAST the expected delivery date, which was a full month after the order date, so I waited almost 3 months for my order. One of the 3 orders was NOT what it was supposed to be. Save your time, and actually recieve your orders by just using Amazon.com instead. WILL NOT be ordering ANYTHING thing from Wish.com again! I ordered from geek.whish.com two weeks ago and I am still waiting for the delivery. Just got one information email stating my order is on the way, but the delivery will be in another 2 weeks up to a month! Worst thing is that all links in the information emails (like the one to the support) lead to a "Page not found" (HTTP 404) error. Also when trying to log in, my credentials are rejected. When trying to let me send a new password, I get the error that the email address is not found. Awful.
Wish is a sort of ebay with "buy it now" only. It's all Asian sellers so I would not recommend buying any name brands, because there is not a true name brand item on the site. There are around 100 sellers, all selling under around 100 store names each. READ THE REVIEWS FOR ACCURATE REVIEWS. You cannot leave a review unless you have actually bought the product. That is a plus. I have gotten a lot of really nice accessories, makeup stuff and tops from this site. Again it's hit or miss. My fave leggings lasted 2 years and they were $8. My fave headband is eons old and it was $1. My least fave dress was $16 and it fell apart on the inside of a month. Hit or miss. If you shop carefully, you will get good deals. Remember that Asian sizing is what it is, so look at the measurement charts. I'm a size 6/8 and wear an Asian 2XL. Sometimes a 3XL. Any larger than this, you're sized out. Sweaters turn out to be tee shirts with a picture of sweater knitting. Again, read the reviews. But for the most part, I get things way cheaper and shipped right to my house this way versus hitting the dollar store.
Still trying to get around the excuses of why I was charged for an order that was never processed. They tell me check something different everytime I contact them and never the same person. THEY should be doing the checking, that's what they're getting paid for.

I have ordered plenty of things, clothing, Key rings, parts to fit a motor cycle etc. I have had occasional issues with some things not coming on time, however I contact them straight away and they ask me to wait and extra week and if I still do not have it they give me a refund even if I have not asked for one and tell me to keep the item if it does show because I am a valued customer. I can't complain, I think they are fair and the garments I have ordered have been of good quality.
I have received 80% of my orders. Those lost where some cheap stuff others quite not but well not a big deal, now I am very pendant of the deadlines to get my refund.
Try to write down the shipping date and the deadline, if item is not with you one day after deadline, go to your local post office with your tracking number, if they don't give you clue, write an email to Wish support right away for them to ship it back, or get refund.
If you paid with PayPal as I do, the refund you there.
If you paid with cash as I used to, they will refund you with EBanx e-Money for you to spend only in Wish.

One more thing, do not trust the photos all the time, be prepared to receive something similar that works the same or thank to God Lord you got the item just as you saw in the images.
Be sure to write your address correctly as your local post office suggests to before giving it to Wish, if you overwhelm the address lines being so specific, be sure that just two or three short lines will appear in the guide decal of the package. And you will receive a call from post office if you gave your number (if your are a lucky one) or get your order lost in the worst case.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
