I have received 80% of my orders. those lost where some cheap stuff others quite not but well not a big deal, now I am very pendant of the deadlines to get my refund.
try to write down the shipping date and the deadline, if item is not with you one day after deadline, go to your local post office with your tracking number, if they don't give you clue, write an email to Wish support right away for them to ship it back, or get refund.
if you paid with PayPal as I do, the refund you there.
if you paid with cash as I used to, they will refund you with EBanx e-Money for you to spend only in Wish.
Choose whether it's best for you.
One more thing, do not trust the photos all the time, be prepared to receive something similar that works the same or thank to God Lord you got the item just as you saw in the images.
Be sure to write your address correctly as your local post office suggests to before giving it to Wish, if you overwhelm the address lines being so specific, be sure that just two or three short lines will appear in the guide decal of the package. and you will receive a call from post office if you gave your number (if your are a lucky one) or get your order lost in the worst case.
Well, it is hard to say but, trust no one there, but trust in your instincts of not getting scammed, now this site puts effort on avoiding a bad reputation as man in the middle, so very often you will get your money back using MercadoPago, thank lord I haven't got scammed, but maybe it is because I buy stuff that it's not "too good to be true deal" like recent iPhones or computer 50% off or less. I would like to advise you to have your correct address always, use MercadoPago, do not buy documents or services to get documents, preffer "MercadoEnvios" with DHL or FedEx and look for the user's reputation or if it's about a new user look if it is his first or second sale, then use MercadoPago with MercadoEnvios, and make an effort to have communication with them to explain the user how this method works for the sake of both, if the user refuses, then agree to cancel the operation, DO NOT MAKE DEPOSITS TO THE NEW INEXPERIENCED USER, unless, you think it worths to give it a shot, I personally tried that buying an Nvidia GTX650ti and got it pretty quick, buy again, that was a safe deal, normal item, new user wanting to get rid of it, and the price was fair for the time.
In the end. you always have the last word as final user just as I do with my very own experiences.
Hope this review helps!

Tip for consumers: Service depends on person.
If you sell, you need to be patient and polite.
Shippings are okay if you use MercadoEnvios with DHL or FedEx.
I have shipped my sold items, it was fast and easy, my three customers were happy with what they bought.
I'm not a salesman but the three stuff I sold gave me a good experience to share about.
USE DEBIT CARD, payment is ultra faster, refunds are ULTRA faster.
I have been refunded just once, the item was not shipped on time, very satisfied with it.

First I saw a video from a guy reviewing some wireless earphones, this guy gave a link to the item in GearBest, so I decided to go there and try to buy them, the whole thing was quite fast, I made my account, I made the purchase of the earphones, I provided my address and finally I paid via PayPal. Past three weeks or so I got my package safe and sound... actually sounding pretty good for BT in-earphones. Then I bought an iPhone thin case and some pieces, the process was pretty friendly and I received the items.
I really recommend GearBest, so I consider as a good advice to read and watch reviews of the items you want, write correctly your address and double check, and pay via PayPal to get quite a backup, and if you consider the item very important, you could pay the package insurance fee. The customer service is very friendly and polite, they are a good team!
I'd really like to have more shopping experience with Gearbest.

Tip for consumers: Please watch reviews of the items you want, it's a way to know if the item works for you or not.
Write very good your address and ask your post office how you should write it for them to get to your place with no problems.
Use PayPal, works as a good backup if you need a refund.

where I live, the Amazon.com sun is barely visible from the horizon, but Amazon basics items are quite amazing, they are... well, the basics, but they perform quite good!, I will buy a couple chargers later.
I only buy, canned ingredients, and cables that I go to pick up, but it's good to see they have the stock I need, the prices, and if there is something new, the website has cool features that I personally won't use soon.
I recommend it for the way I use it.
Hope it helps you.
