I received my Monroe chair today for today online it is beautiful rich and color shiny leather what I received was a Matt color chair very dull oh I called because I thought there was a mistake the lady told me they have professionals to come in and take pictures that is why it looks shiny maybe I should put conditioner on it to make it shining very sad

The pictures are very deceiving you think it looks very good in person it's very cheap

I ordered a Batman clock in January and still have not received it just received an email saying that I have ran out of to for a refund or the clock I think this company sucks
