This site is a scam. I bought a product there and it was never delivered in the USPS site it said the product was never shipped. And they claim it was lost in transit, which is a lie.

I signed up for Wish because they have really good deals. A couple days later I had someone charging gas to my credit card on the other side of the country. Coincidence? I doubt it. I have never had someone hack my card before or since. It seems like their main business is to collect credit card numbers and sell them. I closed my Wish account the next day.
Home bought items seem to be good. I haven't tried any clothing from them as of yet. I can't believe the prices for some of the products. Very inexpensive for items.
I ordered many things from them and received some on time, some late and some never received. I got refunded for many items that I did not receive or in poor quality but not all. There are some item that I never got refund. Problem started when one day suddenly I saw they are asking me for my credit card info. I never used my credit card to buy anything from wish because I read many bad review on how many got scammed in different online website and in wish. They charged many for thousands of dollar from nowhere. So I always used PayPal. But they blocked my account so that I can not purchase or ask for refund for stuffs that did not come on time or never came until I give my credit card info.
If there is a 0 start I will give them that. Wish doesn't deserve any star. They are thieves that steel your money that it. If I find any way I will till everyone on media.
I ask for a cancellation on my orDer as they changed the delivery date twice before the item was even shopped. They refused to refund my mon ey or cancel my order. The shipping date changed from two days to close to two months once I used my card. That is faulty businesd. Never will I buy from then again. This company is not operating in a decent way. I will not recommend them to a nyone. Hope I get my refund they want me to wait til the item arrives in June sometime and today is April 26. Insane.

But, my daughter's Shopkins NEVER CAME. 3 months later, when I demanded my money back, they finally sent them. We received them 5 months after we ordered them. I went to place an order and was BLOCKED. I was unable to track or contact anyone regarding the over $100 in outstanding product in route to be delivered. Everything that had not been delivered was refunded back; less delivery fees. Customer service was NIL, I received a form letter from them directing me to their TERMS.
It does state in their TERMS they can suspend or block you at their discretion at any given time.
Why they would do it to a loyal customer I don't know. Just to still $45 in delivery charges? I was a true fan until I discovered there is no way to contact them except via email. Received two swimming costumes, one totally different style and colour to the one ordered, the other one was a similar colour and style but that was about all. Neither had any lining to crutch or bust no bust shaping and fabric was very thin and flimsy. Would not even give them to a charity shop only fit for the bin.
I did contact the firm and complain but all they kept saying was that I needed to send a photo of the items, I am a 70+ lady who only has the basic IT knowledge so told them and explained why I couldn't do that but it made no difference and to return the items would cost as much as I paid for them so save your money.

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
