You get what you pay for. I have been refunded immediately for shipments that don't come or faulty electronics. Overall 75 % of what I ordered has been to my expectations, a lot arriving a week or two earlier. At the beginning I didn't pay attention to sizing and got clothes that were too small to fit but I later paid attention to both sizes and other customer reviews and this has immensely changed the quality of my orders for the better. I am totally happy with Wish.

I was asking a refund due to the fact I haven't received the merchandise I bought. The person who take my reclaim told to give until another day. I waited, and yes I received 2 of them because even though I bought 4 shirts all together they were sending them separately. Bought 4 shirts from the same company only received 2. After several days of dealing with the situation I've been refused a refund and blame the postal office for the loss meaning that I lost the money for good. Customer service final answer were cynical and wrote me to reclaim to the postal office. Obviously they're employee cause the CEO would resolved this differently.
I discovered wish from an ad while browsing social media. I thought it would be another one of those annoying online marketplaces but when i checked it out it was really cool. They offer a lot of cool and interesting products you don't see everyday.
It was fun while it lasted. I got some really great stuff and some not so great. I found i was using it while i was bored and it was entertainment more than shopping so i uninstalled it.
The items do take a long time to arrive and what you get probably will not look like the picture. Everything I've ordered has eventually arrived, or been refunded. I like about two thirds of it, and throw away the rest. I get the quality and service I would expect for the price.

It started out good. Some things showing up late some showing up early... But once I stared putting my trust in them they just screwed me! There were like 10+ items that never showed up and they won't refund my money!

I got makeup brushes and a makeup brush cleaner thing and hair extension clip and i even gotten makeup from there (the liquid lipsticks ARE NOT the real thing there fakes so be careful cause some may hurt you but i got like 6 and their all good still) all the items there are all things those sellers MAKE THEMSELVES so some stuff are really good and others a $#*! but you just have to know how to pick them. ALWAYS read the reviews and try to pick the ones with the highest number of people buying (itll have like 20k+ people bought somewhere) obviously if there is more bad reviews on that product then dont get it usually people post pictures of the product too.
Its a great app you just have to know how to use it and know what are good and whats bad, just because you get a bad product doesnt mean the whole site is bad. Its not all just from one person. Everything i got i still use and ive had them for awhile.

My son has been doing the same thing for almost 3 months now... first looking for the fidget cubes that never showed up and I finally got refunded, and now his fidget spinner! It's terrible seeing him walk back from the mailbox every day looking so disappointed. I wish I had never decided to give this company a second chance, but they handled my refund so quickly and assured me it was an isolated incident so I figured I wouldn't hold it against them. In total I have ordered over 30 items from this app and received only one. 14 items have been refunded and the other 15 or so are ALL late and asking for another five business days to arrive. I'm giving them 2 stars only because so far there haven't been any issues with getting refunds.

Someone told me about wish.com so I happily went to the site, read every review of the items I bought - most of which were ladies' clothing. I read each item description carefully and ordered exactly as specified as to measurements. The site does not have any "order history" shown after you order so forget getting that - you will get a confirmation of what you ordered - so save those.
The real problem is the poor quality of the merchandise. If you are in North America, you have a certain expectation as to the quality you expect. It is not likely you have ever seen fabrics as thin and cheap as the ones you will get. Even the more expensive items are not what you think they will be - nor will they fit you even if you have ordered precisely to measurements. Forget sending them back - you just have to put everything in the garbage since no one will buy these for free in a thrift shop. Whatever "fabrics" are used are nothing like you have ever seen before.
I also ordered a few household items - all of which were totally useless - tiny sizes, poor quality - nothing that would come near the least of expectations in a North American customer. Think of a giant flea market where strange, cheap things are sold for $1 - this is what you get.
You truly get what you pay for at wish.com - but for garments, one of which I paid $18 for (a blouse marked on the site as costing $79 in regular store) - was worthless - made of some cheap polyester and simply not wearable by a size 8 person - must have been a 2 sizing.
I spent about $200 and got not one single thing that looked as good as the cheapest stuff in Wal-Mart or K-Mart. Those stores would not buy this stuff. This is all flea market stuff.
And the stuff comes from various vendors around the world, the label on the envelope is so small you can barely read it and there is no paperwork - nor any order history at wish.com.
I was excited when I found this app. When I downloaded it a month ago I found everything that I LOVE! I ordered an AUX cord for my car and it came in but wasn't what it looked like in the photos. I also ordered a Lumee phone case in Rose Gold and received it two days ago with that being said the lights on it come on automatically, they won't turn off, & my phone is STUCK in the case. I don't recommend this site AT ALL. I would really love to contact someone to get my money back, i'm very disappointed. This is a joke. I don't know how to write a review on the Lumee phone cases on the app Wish so I came here.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
