I bought a waist shaper, and it is not even close to the one in the picture, it doesn't shape at all, it is just a soft wide elastic band with brooches, so disappointed just garbage, i will never buy on this site again, and don't recommend anybody to buy in Wish.
I ordered a 10 port USB hub with external power supply and the shipping from China was rather quick, but I got a 7 port hub with NO external power supply. I sent pictures and was told that I had 2 options: 1-take a refund or 2-order the 10 port hub from another vendor. I feel lucky I got my refund and they were actually quick with the refund. Wish.com offered the same unit as EBay for $2 less, but I think I will stay with EBay from now on.
Only one item I have ordered has arrived here and that item was in very good condition and worked perfectly. So I know at least it's not a problem with the shipping address. But many of the other items I've ordered haven't arrived due to some issues. It's annoying that the sellers don't update tracking very often. Because you never know if your package is late or lost... But I think the main problem is that customs take a long time. They may be keeping my items somewhere for inspection. And who knows when they'll get out. I may or may not ever receive them, which would be quite unfortunate if I didn't, but I will keep shopping on wish because when you don't get your items at least they give you a full refund and whenever I try to contact customer service they answer WITHIN THE SAME DAY and they are always polite and eager to help.

I ordered a variety of things. Those that arrived were of very poor quality. Tho fine for the price, more importantly not the right fit for me or people larger or smaller. I would say half my orders never arrived though 5-8 weeks have gone by. Clothing is proportioned for narrow shouldered very thin arms despite being L, XL etc. Save your money and go to a Thrift Store where you know what you are getting and it will still be cheaper. Forget returning things to China.
I ordered a lot of items from Wish, some of them came in good order but some items did not come but they were paid for. I noticed that when ordering items from a certain store and after paying by bank transfer, there are times that confirmation of purchase will not come rendering the purchase non existent but the amount was already deducted from the bank! 2 pairs of winter shoes, 1 winter scooter mask and 1 driving glass were not delivered. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ANYMORE!

I received some items very quickly while others took weeks. Every thing that has arrived is of very poor quality. I didn't expect great quality but I did expect it to be usable. Nothing I ordered was what they described it to be. I've tried several times to return something. I've exchanged emails with customer service several times but can't seem to get them to send me a return label. Every time I get an email they ask me the reason for my return and every time I tell them the reason. Yet they continue to ask. I guess I'm being given the run around until time expires to return the items. It's not worth the time, money or aggravation for some cheap smelly crap. I would never order anything from here again.
I get good deals and purchase often, but it is BUYER BEWARE. I know my items will usually arrive late, but they will refund you in most situations when this occurs. Usually I am quite satisfied with my purchases... awesome kitchen carpet runner, lace blouse, lace hoodie, kitchen clock, pillow covers, glitter phone case, cute shoes BUT make sure you read the description on their products... sizing is different in Asia. I am a Canadian xl but must buy at least a 3xl on this site.

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
