Never recieved

Ordered 2 items. Over a month later and nothing. They refunded me, and all of a sudden the tracking bar disappeared, which leads me to believe they are full of crap and never sent it in the first place.
I've already warned a few people never to do business with wish.com.

Customer service is non-existant. Responces are non-existent. Of the 6-items I tried to purchase, I only received 2-items. One was a digital video camera, but was missing remote. Nothing was done about it. Etc. Etc. Etc. And such is life when dealing with China and customs!

Stick to Amazon!

I recently placed some orders at wish.com and I really wish I read reviews on this site first. I'm still waiting for my items. So far my experience with this site sucks! Once you set up an account with them and place an order, when you click on something you are interested in, there is a thing on the bottom of your phone that you can swipe and automatically buy the item. By accident I swiped it. I tried to cancel the order and as soon as I hit cancel it said, oops, you need to select and item. Which I did. Needless to say I was never able to cancel it. Amazon is so much easier and way better than wish.com.

I would like to give this website a 0 but that is not an option. I ordered a product back in Jan 2017 and received it May 12,2017. Because it arrived really late and because the box was really damaged, I asked for a refund and the representative said they could not because it has been more than 30 days. How am I suppose to ask for a refund if I did not receive the package until 5/12/2017. Worst website ever!

I have ordered many things from Wish and a few things have not turned up, yes they email back quickly and refund the money quickly but not the point, I would perfer the merchandise. Just disappointed that I am not recieving the merchandise, this is not with all my purchases but it has been with 4 of the things I ordered.

OH HOW THEY SUCK!

I ordered 1 pair of shoes men's size 13 1/2 as sent boys size 5. Ordered 7 men's hoodies and polo shirts was sent women's medium and women's large. Ordered 1 men's small fleece jacket received women's small. Every item sent to me was not the item I purchased, not even the name brand that I bought! Some even d tags in complete chinese rather than the english name brand I had ordered. They (wish) must truly no how the garbage merchandise is such poor quality, because they gave me refunds on almost everything and yet they didn'y even want the merchandise back! That tellsyou how $#*!ty the quality of product they are selling.

So, I read the reviews all over the internet regarding Wish merchandise and shipping/customer service. I saw many things I liked on their site and even with shipping the prices are great. Even so, I was really hesitant to order! I figured I place an order and see how it went. I expected the worst and was super surprised at the reality. 1) as soon as I ordered, I got emails letting me know what stage my shipment was in for each item. So far the first two of ten items has delivered as stated in the ends. They are both hair extensions. Both are decent quality, better than I expected. I will chronicle the rest when they come. SO FAR SO GOOD, maybe all the bad reviews have helped Wish become a better company!

Removed scornful review. Although MOST items I received were obviously a scam, I did order a couple of dvet sets which were beautiful. However, I decided to check and sure enough, the same items were cheaper on Amazon! Ive also ordered several crystals and found them to be glass, not authentic crystals. The shipping charge can be as high if not higher than the actual item. Do some research before purchasing anything, read all of the product and store reviews, verify the shipping charges (keep a copy of your original order summary), read the FULL description of each item, make sure you look for your "50% off 1st order" code and DO NOT use in conjunction with "free" items as anything free removes the 50% off discount, always look for a coupon code before placing an order, order no more than 2 - 3 items at a time, and you MIGHT do okay. BeSt of luck using this website because heaven knows you'll need it!

Poor service

Clothes are not delivered as seen in picture.
Shipping and handling is very poor. Orders are not deliver as promised.
Customer Services do not reply to inquiry but if you send e-mail not registered on their system THEN they will respond & tell you your information is not in our system. Give us your last number of visa.

I finally got a dress today that I ordered in Dec. I was suppose to have gotten a refund for it when it did not arrive on time. Took 5 months to get here. Nothing arrives in less than 4 months. Correction I did get 1 item in less than 4 months. I don't want free stuff because it didn't arrive, I want stuff on time.

There "customer service" is no help. Never received my order they said I'm passed my 30 day return date, but I never received my package. They keep sending me a like to their return policy and it states 30 days after delivery, not projected delivery date.

I ordered at least 10 things jeans a shirt makeup shoes i only got one thing i ordered from tge which was the cheapest thing i ordered guitar strings they said theyd return my money but i used gift cards i dont eve. Have anymore and i was just out of luck for my christmas presents i bought for family joke

I absolutley love buying accessories from wish some of their clothes you have to order a size or two up but i'm always satisfied with the stuff i order and if i'm not the customer service always fixes the problem wither it be a refund or replacing the product takes forever to get the stuff you order some times but for the prices they have the wait is worth it to me

All FOUR of my packages have not arrived and when I check their statuses it says they have arrived at the destination airport on APRIL 10-12 and it is now exactly a month later and have not received them. Very disappointing and irritating. I understand it all comes from China but c'mon..

Ordered from wish many times. Ok so not everything has turned up but it does come from China, things are bound to get lost or stolen! Whenever something has not turned up then you email wish straight away and they always reply that day. Refunds are quick and easy. Would definitely order from wish again.

Bikini

I bought a bikini from wish. It came faster than the estimated date fit pretty close to perfect and the material was good. It was like six bucks so id say deff worth it. Hopfully the other items I bought turn out as good. The postage did say from china tho
