I ordered 3 things. 1st, a shirt, that was so cheaply made it makes goodwill look like Macys! 2nd. Another shirt, wrong size and wrong shirt! (Now I have paid $11 so far in return shipping) which they make you take a picture of the item, then package it and give them the tracking #... oh yea... item 3... which was ordered at the same time as the other 2... yea... whatever happened to that. Who knows. I quess there busy messing up that order too, I havent seen it!
The website/app called wish is an absolute joke. If you make an order and decide to cancel minutes after you order, well you just can't cancel no matter how hard you try. It takes the days for an order to even process and yet I can cancel an order from five minutes ago? How stupid. So now you have to wait a full month for your order to arrive, just so you can go through the pain of trying to send it all the way back which takes another month and then, you just might get your money back of your lucky.
On top of all of this there is no customer service, the is not a soul to talk to our to ask questions to. If you have issues, which you will, you will be all on your own. There is so much more that I had issues with but I don't feel like typing anymore of a novel than what I already have Wish is absolutely horrible in every way and I hope some one reads this, but I'm sure no one will so whatever. I WISH I could rate this a negative 5

I ordered keychains in January 2017. They said they were "almost there" when I checked the shipping but when it was almost the end of February, I realized something was wrong. I emailed them, and they told me they would give me a refund and I could reorder them for free. Tried that, but to this day. May 25th 2017, I never received my keychains
Used to buy colored lenses but seems they don't sell them anymore? What happened? They were great! Never a problem, always on time, refunds immediately if needed and products were great.

This is the most horrible experience I have ever had making a purchase online! I don't believe these people read or speak the English language nor do they care at all about good customer service. I placed my order and they split it into 2 orders. The first package arrived crushed and completely unusable. After a week or two of going back and forth with this company, the finally refunded my money for the damaged goods. They state that the second package was delivered to my home and provided a tracking number and told me to contact my local post office to file a claim. I contacted the PostMaster and was told that the tracking number Wish provided was invalid and they had no history of this package and could not file a claim for the missing package. Long story short... contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges which were refunded to me immediately. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE UNREPUTABLE!
I ordered 98 days ago. The items that I ordered were for an event that is long past. This isn't your normal site. There is no customer support to call. Everything is by email with no person. Completely automated. They just keep advising you to download the app and click on buttons. I have clicked multiple times on each individual item not received and although it leaves the impression that a solution is imminent the satisfaction of pressing buttons is no longer fulfilling. I really believe that the positive reviews about this company have been written by their staff. Don't get sucked in...
Placed orders over 3 months ago. They all want you to review it and let them know if you received them. When I say "No, I did not" they STILL DO NOTHING. It's not the money, because it's cheap, and the items (I've discovered) are pretty garbage, but the principle remains... Give refunds when they are due... THEY DO NOT. I've gotten some great gifts on the website, but one of the major downfalls lies in the fact that it takes a long time for the items to ship to you. This is a result of the items being sold from China and other countries. Shipping internationally, especially when done cheaply, means you're subject to laws and limitations of those countries in terms of their mail distribution. Overall, I've never had a particularly negative experience, but if you're needing something quick I would highly suggest going through a more reputable marketplace.

I have been receiving a large order of cheap garbage from China for 3 months. Each day is a surprise of some piece of clothing arriving. The material is unknown as it does not carry tags, the items do not fit or stretch beyond recognition and today was a new surprise... received two items. One blue top that I am not even sure if I ordered yet and the other was a thin sweater. The sweater is a baby poop green different from the sites and the best part!? Wait for it... the item was damp inside the bag and smelled like a moldy old building! Big deal they looked great online with amazing prices... I would do better shopping at the local dump!

It will always help if you click description and check the sizing charts. I order one size larger than usual and it fits perfectly.

My 11 year old daughter spent 100 dollars which was all her Christmas money on Wish the when the big box got to my house the boxs was missing 6 of the ideams she ordered then all the clothing was trashed and had holes, the other idems she ordered never came then we called wish then the pretty much told me it was a packaging error then told me to return it with them knowing it was way more money to retrun the junk then to buy the stuff because the dont want there product eather. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
