I ordered a bathing suit cover up on Dec 29 2016. I did not receive it until May. I emailed and no response whatsoever and no tracking. Really! When I recieved the item it was complete opposite of what I ordered. Not a bathing suit cover, no zip, wrong length, wrong material. Need I say more. They are a pathetic, fradulent joke. Ordered a plain watch and recieved an ugly cheap gold plated metal watch. Tried to return it but when you try to print out their return label it comes out garbage. You cant reach them by phone at all and they don't reply back from *******@wish.com. In addition to their screw up the want to charge you to ship the item back even though its their fault. They make you take numerous photos of item, shipping label and package all in order to discourage you from returning the wrongly shipped item. BEWARE! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I WILL CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY NEXT TO SEE IF THEY CAN CHARGE BACK ITEM.
Of course you are getting cheap stuff! It's coming from middle of nowhere China. BUT, I will say that most of the things I've ordered have been really good. It takes forever for them to get here, but it's like getting a surprise present when they finally do. CHECK THE SIZING CHARTS BEFORE YOU BUY! It's a foreign country, they size very very different from US vanity sizing. I wear a 12 in a dress and usually have to order at least an XL if not a 2x. You have to be careful with what you order and pay attention, but I've used wish multiple times and I'm pretty satisfied overall.
I ordered several items from this company. After noting that the charges had posted to my account I logged in to their site and to get an idea of when the items would be delivered. The "Order History" was empty. I contacted their customer support and explained the problem in detail. In response they keep sending emails telling me how to visit their site and view the order history. This has happened several times. I don't know if they don't read English or what but the generic responses are worthless. Plus, they have been blitzing my inbox with ads. Word to the wise, don't order from Wish.com.

This company FALSELY ADVERTISES to offer a 30 day guarantee for exchanges & refunds. They repeatedly send myself & other customers the incorrect colors &/or sizes of their purchased items. I've purchased close to $400 in the past 3 months on these 5 apps combined.
I contacted "Cute" & they ignored my messages until after the 30 days were up. Then Cute replied to tell me "it's beyond your 30 days so we will not exchange your items now."
I have gotten a few decent things at decent prices; I ordered three different "AAA" battery lasers and got 2 different one (two are the same color). The green one, at least, was worth it. On the other hand they took 3 months to get here. Usually though the stuff isn't worth more than about 10% of the price they charge and it is useless junk. Also be aware that if you do buy from Wish or other el-cheapo dropship sites you should only buy one item at a time. Usually the order I send is 80 to 150 dollars and some of the items mysteriously drop off the list. At gearbest they would then show back up in your cart. Really extremely annoying I even have tried to place another order just to get the "insane deal" I was offered only to have it drop off the order a second time! Chances are if it IS a good deal you can get it on Amazon much faster at the same price.
There items are not what you think, takes 3 times longer than they say and your not guaranteed you'll receive it- I didn't.

I purchased two i teams yesterday and the totally came out to 13.91 so I transferred for and extra dollar just in case and so I bought it through the app and I had to create an account. The first time it said CARD DECLINCE try again so I did it again and it accepted it. Just to make sure I went to my BoA app and looked at it and seen that I had -$13.84 dollars. They charged my card twice and so I refunded it. Because this happened late at night I called paypal this morning and asked why they charged my card twice and that cause my card to get an overdraft they replied with wish said to charge your card twice and so we did and now they can't do anything about it and that I have to call my bank to see if they can overlook this, this one time

I thought this can't be right, so I went to the brands website and clicked buy on that exact same watch to see what price would come up. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
