I have used them more than a few times, & 5 out of 11 products ordered were damaged or broken. I did receive partal credit or refunds on a few items after hours of back n forth with their very limited Email Support. The others I actually had to send back for a refund. Overseas shipping from the u.s. to China was way greater than the entire cost of your order, so you're stuck just throwing the item away. 3. Their New Customer /friend referral codes are fraudulent marketing - they don't work & are not honored. All 7 of my friends & Family were unable to use the upto 50% off Refferal Coupon. I felt so bad for talking up Wish, I even found other valid codes (online) & they failed too. "Support" was NO HELP. The introductory coupon is only good for your 1st purchase, but any Codes entered are cached to your Account & once the fail there is noway to fix it according to their Support team". Even the "discount" code I got after spending over $100 only applied to one item under $20.20% of $20 is $4 NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE. Their "Customer Support" is client (in-app message based) & frustrating at best. 80% of the time, I or my perps just canned responses. If your looking for cheap products from China, willing to wait 30-90 days, & gamble with your time and $$ Wish is the place for you. A few of their merchants offer expedited shipping & while it is expensive and you may get your item sooner, all the above still applies. Use Tophatter, Overstock, Zulily or just plane Amazon & save your sanity & ensure product quality!

I kept seeing ads for Wish for almost a year and kept looking at the site. Finally I ordered. Most of my items have came quicker than the estimated delivery time. I ordered one thing that was kind of cheap quality but fit gret. The key to proper sizing is knowing all of your measurements. Read the sizing chart and read the reviews. Items with little to no reviews I pass up. Also items that have only comments in other languages I pass up. I had one pair of cherry earrings never arrive. I was given a full refund promptky with no issues. I ordered a cute cherry dress that ended up not arriving by the estimated date and I was given a full refund and told to keep it if it arrives. 10 days later it arrived in the mail. Was very good quality material, well made and fit perfectly. I received one other item that was not as described. Promptly with no issue I was given a full refund and was told I can keep the item. I have ordered more than a dozen items and will keep ordering. The shipping is very cheap. Knowing in advance it ships from over seas helps to wait for the item to arrive.

My daughter and I have ordered from wish several times. The date it is to arrive my never happens. I myself have NEVER received one thing from wish. My daughter has received items 5-8 months later. Not the 3-14 day as promised. Yeah its $25 plus $30 for shipping... lol... your lucky if you EVER see anything from wish when you order.

Well ordered a lot but honestly wish I hadn't. First arrival supposedly a 5 xl jacket. Note, one no sizing on jacket and two wouldn't be large enough to use as a baby blanket. Second item to arrive is a dress. No one informed me I was autitioning for a skimpy bar. Pretty though unfortunately the pocket was really just a hole in the dress. Tried to leave feedback but basically impossible to do so.

After ordering from Wish for the first time a few days ago I noticed three fraudulent charges on my credit card. Someone bought online gaming chips out of an online casino based in Hong Kong. The other two were for Airbnb. Fortunately my bank reversed the charges immediately. I have no doubt that this came from Wish. As Wish is simply a website that allows merchants from all over the world, particularly China to sell their products, it is obviously very easy for a thief at one of the "shops" to steal identity and credit card information. No way to contact Wish about this. Their online customer support only gives predetermined choices about any complaints. And credit theft is not one of the choices.
I used to like this site often. At first I would buy a lot of really nice stuff, but then the quality of the products have been getting worse and worse. The past couple of times I tried to get a refund for my items, but it has been very difficult. This last time has been even more difficult. Look, Wish is alright, its not that bad because if you dont recieve your item, all you gotta do is complain and you get a full refund. Don't believe people saying buying from WISH is worth it. There is a high probability that they are linked in a certain way to WISH and are here to make up for the bad reviews. There are 2 possibilities when you buy from Wish: 1. You never receive the item you paid or 2. You receive the item VERY late and it's just garbage. The customer service is also terrible. I always read reviews of products before an order so I was supposed to be safe. BUT HERE I AM writing a review about them. Congrats for this WISH. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
