Wish charged my credit card for $83.31 after I purchased two other orders each for over $100 the day before. The next day Wish charged my account for another $83.31 in error. I noticed that the items in that order were duplicates of previous items in the two orders the day before, I notified them of the problem. They answered back making no sense. I have now gone back and forth with them over six times and each time I have to ask them if they even read my previous emails as they were just repeating their previous "form" letter replies. It is obvious that I am dealing with foreigners as their English is very poor and they don't seem to grasp that they made a mistake. They say that my account was never charged of which it was. I will not be buying any further items from Wish as that the frustrations is just not worth it and I am now consigned to the fact that I will not be getting my $83.13 back. It has now been over two weeks since I made the original order and I have only received one of many items that I actually did order. Save you money and be aware that you are risking too much for making any kind of order with Wish. The shipping costs on the previous orders were almost as much as the cost of the items themselves making Amazon the much better bet.

Wish.Com WONT REFUND $30 FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED When I didn't receive TWO purchases from Wish.Com I assumed it was because of the virus so didn't mind being patient but after 3 months of waiting I was told refunds would not be available.

I have use this site throughout a Spand of two or three years. On and off nothing really big the first year, seemed awesome second year I ran into about two problems no refund no exchange. Now here I am once again with my foolish mind and foolish fingers and overcharged credit card, I now have missing packages that they state were delivered. Two items that are of the most crappy as quality, and if I plug them in I might set my house on fire! And to get a response LOL are probably waiting another six more years! This is the worst sight!
And I have ordered from many places online I've even ordered products directly from China. And still received better service oh and by the way I was actually able to speak to a representative. Unlike the wish company. If you are into losing money getting scammed or just receiving his $#*!ty products! Then yes please be my guest order from this site. As a seller on wish, they did not pay my money, always citing a different reason, like verification of account, refunds.

I used to love Wish. I have ordered from them in the past and I got what I ordered just like it was in the picture in a decent amount of time. However, within the last couple of weeks, I have gone on the app and I would see something that I liked either for free or for $1, but when I went to go put the item into my cart, it cost more than what it said. I put this one dress that I thought was really cute and I would look decent into my cart because it said it was free. When I put it into my cart, however, it said that the item would cost me $3.75 plus shipping. When I contacted support, they said that sometimes only certain colors and sizes would be the price listed, but when I did every color and size combination of the free dress, all of them said $3.75 for the item price. The people who tried to deal with my problem acted like they didn't understand that none of the size and color combinations came out to free when put into my cart. I don't think I will be shopping with them anymore even though I never had problems with them in the past.

If you notice, every item ships from a different 'shop'. Wish is simply a site/app that compiles all different inexpensive items that ship from various different shops around China. Pay attention to the reviews, what you order and be a conscious consumer and you'll get what you ordered. If the reviews say it's not good - DON'T order from that shop (that item). As for my Wish experience, I give it a 9 out of 10 score. Also, if trying to contact Customer Service, make note that they are in CHINA. If you call during U.S. business hours, you will not be successful contacting anyone. HINT: Be conscious of the time difference. I purchased what was supposed to be a Samsung Galaxy S30 from the wish.com app. After receiving the phone I tried to activate it on my cellphone carrier network, but couldn't. So I contacted Samsung Electronics Corporation to find out why I'm having trouble activating the device. They informed me that they make no such model, and was only up to the S21. I immediately contacted wish support through the app, and explained the problem through the automated response system. I got a response 3 days later requesting pictures of the device along with some other information. I got another response 3 days later giving me no definitive answers or relief for my issue, which is a FULL REFUND AND THE SELLER HAS TO PAY THE RETURN COST, NO EXCEPTIONS! I downloade the app a while ago to kind of look around at things I could probably make for myself but since then have made plenty of purchases. Some of them have been very good while others have been disasterous.
I highly recommend being very careful when shopping for beauty products or electronics on this site/app because they may just be losses and you've paid all that money and waited for a month (in some cases) just to throw it all away.
When buying clothes I recommend taking your measurements first and then checking all of the size charts and photos available. I'm a Medium - Large when I go shop at Khol's, JCP, Macy's, but on this site/app I'm usually a large - XXL. Sometimes the fabric can be very cheap and thin so make sure to see all the photos that customers may have submitted.
Shipping takes a while on most items. You ay occasionally be surprised with an arrival of a package within a week of order confirmation but it's not common. Shipping is generally really cheap - I haven't seen anything higher than $5 (USD).
While I am getting the so to soeak cheaper products at a reasonable period of time more exoensive devi es like pc are not arriving.

Look, Wish is alright, its not that bad because if you dont recieve your item, all you gotta do is complain and you get a full refund. I've gotten 100% of my stuff but be cautious, 80% of the time, it never looks like what it shows in the pictures, not only that, I waited 6 months for my stuff to show. Wish is a sort of ebay with "buy it now" only. It's all Asian sellers so I would not recommend buying any name brands, because there is not a true name brand item on the site. There are around 100 sellers, all selling under around 100 store names each. READ THE REVIEWS FOR ACCURATE REVIEWS. You cannot leave a review unless you have actually bought the product. That is a plus. I have gotten a lot of really nice accessories, makeup stuff and tops from this site. Again it's hit or miss. My fave leggings lasted 2 years and they were $8. My fave headband is eons old and it was $1. My least fave dress was $16 and it fell apart on the inside of a month. Hit or miss. If you shop carefully, you will get good deals. Remember that Asian sizing is what it is, so look at the measurement charts. I'm a size 6/8 and wear an Asian 2XL. Sometimes a 3XL. Any larger than this, you're sized out. Sweaters turn out to be tee shirts with a picture of sweater knitting. Again, read the reviews. But for the most part, I get things way cheaper and shipped right to my house this way versus hitting the dollar store.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
