Many items I ordered are not as photo, Many t-shirts are literally stickers, wrong items sent. Customer service won't refund you. Very shady site, shady sellers, ill stick to Amazon.

Im having themost ridiculous service from them if they not sending me Automated mail tjry are just sending me irrelevant information regarding cancelled orders, they areconstantlytrying to deduct money out of my account which causes me extra charges all the time for declined fees and for cancelled orders. In short this app is a hige gamble for buyers especially coming to things like this which you cant even go over their offices and lay and complain you dont even know if whether this people exist or not. I ordered two 64gb micro sd cards and when they arrived they wouldn't work but about 1/3 of the stated size or less! SAVE YOUR MONEY & STRESS AND BUY IT OFF OF AMAZON. At least there you'll know you're getting legit merchandise.
Saw the ad with stunning low prices, then looked at the website with its beautiful product photos, and decided to give it a try. Ordered three pairs of shoes, a casual pair, dress shoes, and some boots. Total cost of about $100 (and disappointment began right there with the extra $10-15 per item that unexpectedly got added). I speculated that they had negotiated bulk deals with selected manufacturers, or that the long delivery waits kept shipping costs down. Wishful thinking. After about a month wait, each item arrived (and meanwhile I was slammed with endless emails from Wish daily trying to sell me more stuff). Shoddy packaging that barely covered the shoes, and the boots got badly scuffed as a result. But the biggest problem is the shoes are all crap. Made of cheap plastic that stinks like those red rubber kickballs you played with in school -- and what looks like cardboard. You can see the glue where the soles attach. Overall they look terribly shoddy, like classic knockoffs. It's apparent they'd fall apart after a handful of wears (though I'd never embarrass myself by actually wearing them). Knew I was taking a chance, and unfortunately proved that you get what you pay for. Deleted the app and won't go back.
Mostly I didnt recieve anything and what I did get was cheap crap. Dont use this app! After months they ask if you got it and refund some money.Its a waste of time.
I wouldve rated Wish a 5 except for 2 things. First, they need to write more descriptions with inches instead of centimeters. And second, lower some of the shipping rates!

After a few orders gone fine (some products good, some other less, all arrived, some of them even earlier) they started to charge my credit card for orders I didn't made. They claimed the items were received by me and on that basis they refuse to give me my money back.

I put two things in my cart that clearly said $3 shipping but by the time you put it into your cart and go to complete the purchase the shipping charges changed to$4 dollars apiece. Was able to contact them and they said sellers me charge whatever they like over and above what is posted. Inquired on another item because there was no size chart in which to order the size I wanted. They insisted there is a size chart when there is nothing there. Should've been a red flag right there not to order from them and I will not ever do it again! Their sizes are Asian and donut fit Americans! Obviously they want you to buy an item in the wrong size so you either have to pay out the butt to send it back and half the time they never acknowledge that they received it and give you a credit back. Or you attempt to re-order the item in which they get money doubly off of you! With all these poor reviews I can't believe they're still in business! I believe I will go to the Better Business Bureau and the federal trade commission! If I could give zero stars you bet I $@%&ing would!

This is webshop will take your money in small doses and send you garbage. 80% of the products are broken knockoffs or you will get empty boxes. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
