Ordered 2 e bikes for a birthday present. Accepted order after a number of days. Later cancelled my order. No explanation. Couldn't get any information. Then about two weeks for my refund. They suck!
Buyer be aware this if buy anything withi missing parts you stuck you can't return and they don't explain if you need parts to run the item there is no flash card and you can't use them

PLEASE BEWARE! This company does not deliver within the time frame it states. They constantly push back delivery dates. They do not comply with UK trading standards law in relation to refund for non-delivery of goods. ( 30 days after promised delivery date, you are entitled in law, to have a full refund)
I ordered on the 5th of June, delivery date 22nd, failed to deliver. Second delivery date, 17th July, failed to deliver. They now say 6th September. So all in all 3 months delivery for goods that I've now had to buy elsewhere.
THEY WON'T REFUND MY MONEY.

I too placed an order at the end of November and two items never shipped. I questioned the delivery status 1 day after it was to be received and never received a reply from customer service. After my order was over 30 days old they indicated I would not get my items or a refund because my order was over 30 days old. The majority of the items I have purchased took over 40 days to ship. Even when I asked for a tracking number I never heard back from customer service.

Ordered Items take FOREVER to arrive (a time frame of MONTHS), IF they arrive at all... 2 of the last 3 orders I have made NEVER showed up. One of the 3 orders was NOT what it was supposed to be. Save your time, and actually recieve your orders by just using Amazon.com instead. WILL NOT be ordering ANYTHING thing from Wish.com again! I will never buy clothes but will always buy accessories: bags, purses, jewellery, socks, scarves etc. the clothing is always too small. Everything else's - no problem.

I haven't never trouble. I have bought several products: time of delivery is long but this is clearly written. It is important to read carefully the advertisment to avoid problems.
I have always had pleasant experiences with purchases and nicely quality items at decent prices. Have not had one item delivered yet that was damaged and had to send back.
Most of the time their price shown is lower than what it comes up with in the final calculation. Furthermore, their high shipping costs is outrageous.

I ordered something, when I checked shipping tracking information it reads that it was delivered and someone signed for it, the problem is the address I provided on wish app was not the address it was sent to, I got this information from ups but they cannot tell me where it was sent for safety reason, and I cannot get ahold of anyone from wish to tend to this problem

Wish has amazing products for very cheap prices. Most of the time the delivery takes around a month, however, they all arrive before the delivery date.
Love the prices, hate how long it takes to get your purchases. Having the option to pay extra for express shipping would improve the experience tenfold!

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
