I made a grave mistake in falling for a cheap item on Wish Wbsite,
Made One order, but Five other items has been added to my order and is showing on my credit card statement.
I have been trying to contact Wish Customer Service but to no avail.
If you want to loose your money, then it's ok to order on Wish website, otherwise Don't and again Don't
Order from Wish and don't disclose your account details to them.
I have been with wish Since 2018. It took me this long to realize that I was not really getting good deals. The item is cheap but you pay more for the shipping and taxes than the price of the item. That's how they make their money. I spend over $400 dollars buying from wish before I came to my senses. One night I was up at 3:00 in the morning I ordered 25 items for a one time price the most was $1.00 then the next day they had had to refund money one at a time because they said I was never the first to order. With that many items I had to at least be the first to order at least one item. I taught this is a scam. It took a long time because each one had to be put back on my credit card one by one. It took days to do it. I know I was one of their best customers I also brought other customers. I now am looking for other companies. Wish screwed me around. I will no longer order from them. Just be careful things are not always what they seems. When you order any items electronics no books or pamphlets telling you what to do you have to figure out yourself. It took me that long and so much work. I have other stuff I ordered that takes sometimes 2 to 3 mos to receive by the time you receive it you done forget you ordered it. I learned my lesson the hard way. I told the people I brought on that I will be giving up on ordering from wish. Please don't call me if something goes wrong with your items. Like I said things aren't always as it seems. I accumulated lots of points and promo codes and high percentage off but it's not worth it. This is my experience.

I havent had a problem until now. Someone ordered something on my Wish app. Someone being like a Hacker or something and then I couldnt be refunded. NOT HAPPY. ONLY USE A PREPAID CARD OR DONT USE IT AT ALL!
I think this is the reason for missing packages and refunds. I would rather have the items I bought then to get a refund. Find a way to put all my items in one big box. That would be great.
I enjoy using this app no matter what I'm buying. Even when I dont want to buy anything I enjoy just looking at all the things they have on there and what the prices are for all the great products.

It was a wonderful experience being able to just browse for things you need and finding them up to 90% cheaper than in your home country. However a down side was the wait for them to arrive.
Just a big con do not receive items and no money back order a item and get a silly phone holder which I had not ordered. Will not use again I will stay with eBay they are great unlike wish
Love the products I have brought on wish site, the only thing I would say is when tracking items sometimes not its not up to date, its had to track at times. Other than that great site
I as well made orders on wish and got some error and a pop up asking me for a image of my
Credit card or bank statement. I removed all orders from the cart and closed my account with wish.
Cheap and the stuff isn't made bad. Loved everything I've got so far. Done a lot of Christmas shopping on here also and a lot of times get my stuff in before its suppose to be in.
There are plenty of beautiful items here that are great value in price and quality, to the point where since i have received the items and seen how great it is, jumped back online and ordered more.
One thing I would suggest to work on is the speed of shipping and sometimes products are listed one price and you go to buy to find out its a more expensive price that is not cool.
So far I ordered twice from this site receive one item thus far took a month second item still waiting been 2 months the quality of product seems ok but not worth the 2 month waiting period.

I was so excited to see all of the very low cost and great items on this "Wish" app. I did order 2 items... it's been going on 3 MONTHS and nothing. When you go to the tracking portion of the app (it has gone ALL over CHINA many times and has never left the country to USA!) My advice is DO NOT EVER USE THIS SITE. The low prices attract you, but you have no idea at all if and when the product will get to you. IF I would have checked on the the ORIGINATION OF THE PRODUCTS which seems to be mostly CHINA, I would have NEVER considered using the app. In conclusion... I WISH I had never ordered...

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
