Wish bad me from all orders because they needed proof of paypal ownership. Did everything they asked, they charged me money then never sent out the product.
I ordered some LED lights for my daughter on June 7th, when it shipped is should have been here by june 27th (which is a long time to ship really). OK my daughter accepted that, june 27th, not here. Check again, they say now July 3rd- OK I guess I have no choice- now july 3rd- still not here-- I will NEVER EVER ORDER from these Dumb A--es EVER again... Really, my daughter asks me everyday and we go down to the mailbox and nothing.
Don't ever order from them, promise, unless you Wish (ha ha) your order to take over a month to be delivered. Never again. Ridiculous. I have read many other reviews that state the same... WOW nice company
2 months since I ordered and NOTHING. Stay away. Can't reach a customer service person and they keeping moving the delivery date back weeks. HORRIBLE service. DOn't buy from them.

I've been struggling to get a refund/cancel on multiple Items. My delivery dates were changed, not once(May11), not twice(May26), but three times now(June15), and "they" keep telling me I can't get a refund cause I'm still in estimated delivery date.

Wish is great! Easy to relate to. Takes care of problem's quick and easy. Have ordered allot and only had a couple of returns where I wasn't happy! The clothing looks awesome, but really small!

The color was wrong I ordered blue, they sent white
The label was completely faded and I can't even see an address to return it to There was no paperwork inside.

I ordered hand bags at Wish, 1 bag recieved and, the price was too expensive but the bag is made of a cheap material, very disappointed. Nothing encourages me to buy more items to Wish.
On 20/09/2019, I purchased New product Original Bluedio H+ Bluetooth Headphone Headset from Wish.com Website. As a test I tried about 10 items all had the same result.
The website is misleading and in my opinion is a scam, using false advertising to sucker in people. The sales pitch that the item is "Free and only pay postage" is false and misleading.
In the fine print there is a statement that reads "Limited Quantity Deal: Only 1 offered at this price per day. First transaction that is fully processed will get the item. You will be notified in 24 hours if you were the first purchaser. All others will receive a full refund." is a total lie. I have attempted to buy another four different items and all have come back saying "Limited Quantity Deal: Unfortunately, your purchase was not fully processed in time to get this item at this price. We were unable to fulfill this order." I placed the order and paid for it about 24 hours before.
You've managed to take the funds out of my account immediately yet I am advised that it my take 14 working day to get my refund. Question: How many people wouldn't bother to go through the hoops to get the refund (assuming it comes anyway)? You have a large number of these scams on the website.

Lots of RAZZLE-DAZZLE advertising with great prices. THEN you notice you're being charged an individual shipping charge for each item, even though some things are shipped from the same company. It takes FOREVER to get your items, and then it's very poor quality. You don't receive a shipping slip and I'm guessing they use 3rd world sizing. An item size 2x is like a medium... not just one item but 7 items of clothing... NONE fit right. Then, when trying to return, it shows a picture of the item, but yet they want you to take a photo and upload it online to get the RETURN process going. UNBELIEVABLE! I guess you get what you pay for.
Its true that you get for what you pay but most of the time never received exactly your order and plus you have to wait more than a month to received. In other words the cheapest cost MORE

My over all shopping experience has been great. It does take to long to get some of the items. Some if the things I have received, are not what I ordered.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
