My receipt said it was shipping by DHL. After two weeks and two chats, they figured out that it was being shipped by the USPS. They do not have their online operation working well.

The label was completely faded and I can't even see an address to return it to There was no paperwork inside.
Fortunately, I paid with AMEX and had them refund my money when it was overdue by two months. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
