Fairly happy customer

Most of the time the products have recieved have been good couple of wallets I gave as gifts didnt last long and a bag just kind of came apart But overall the experience has been ok couple of little items didnt get here I put that down to the postel service here

I first got hooked on Wish.com a couple of years ago. I was so excited, the prices were too good to be true. I read reviews of each item I purchased if it was clothing, since the clothes are all made for tiny Asian girls. I had to read how the comments related to sizes American girls purchased and the comments always said exactly how they fit. They were pretty close in according to reviews. I had too many incidences, however, where they advertised a price, yet most of the time, when you clicked on the item, or put it in your cart, the advertised price jumped up to their normal price, which was also inexpensive. Whenever I would write to wish.com, it was always returned, saying I must write below the dotted line, which I never could figure out how to do. Soooo many times, I never received the products. And I had no way to contact them. Products were paid for at time of ordering. If I still get the products someday, I will accept them, of course, from jewelry to hats, and I don't know what else. I no longer order from them due to not knowing if I would get the product or not. The quality of the clothing was cheesy. All but the knit full fitted slips, they are very nice, I ordered a second one at the time. But my shopping days with them are over. Unfortunately.

ACCUSED OF ABUSING MY

I have been ordering from wish for some time now and although more than 50% of the products I order never made it to my residence, I was ok with it as I was always refunded. Last month I bought an underwater waterproof flashlight which was all but waterproof. When I mentioned this I got a very unprofessional and rude response that " I ABUSED MY ACCOUNT" and that I can still shop but I can never have a refund again! I wrote to them requesting an explanation and an apology but I never had a reply back! Have a guess if I'm buying from them again ever!

Toilet paper

I received my boots and the material, heel wasn't as the website picture, very cheap looking boots, looks like someone tired to copy the picture which is a joke, I have 4 more orders coming and I know they will be crappy items, I just got scam. They sent me a return label, I went to my local post office, when scan you don't get a tracking conformation, and the return label address is unknown per the post office, the website customer service is generic, not a live person, I've sent many issues about the label, they keep telling me to see my transaction for updated info - what a joke, you go to the website and it's the same as before and you can't give comments because that's not an option. SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. First photo is what I received, second photo is on the website, the material and heel isn't the same and the boot is cheap cheap cheap. Be aware!

Wish is horrible

I ordered five things from wish. Four out of five items was suppossed to be here March 30 th 2017. When March 30th came no items. So I went on the site and it said new delivery date of April 6th. But March 11th it said those items were in my town already. Requested refund on those items and got the refund within hours. Makes no sense. My fifth item said delivery date of April11th. Went on the site and it said new delivery date of April 18th. Requested refund and again got the refund within a few hours. So five items ordered and never received one.
