I ordered a special was posted on Wish.com, charge it to my card and waited from 10/9/21 to 10/29/21, I received the card reader, but never received the memory cards, I waited for so long to get them and yet I was told that they have to cancel my order and refund my money.
No wonder their stocks are going down hill for a long time, NOT GOOD AT ALL
Don't order from Wish, they apparently ship regular mail from China. Regular mail from china takes for ever to get here in the states. I am very disappointed with the service and the mailing procedure they have, why can't they have location here in the state to make it easier and faster delivery.

You know as I'm getting ready to write this review I was about to say I don't even know what I bought anymore because it's been so long, but I remember I bought a charcoal face mask and I never received it they robbed me even threatened to report them but since it was only $2 and something I said forget it but I'll never buy from them again if I could write them a zero I would.
I was excited when I found this app. When I downloaded it a month ago I found everything that I LOVE! I ordered an AUX cord for my car and it came in but wasn't what it looked like in the photos. I also ordered a Lumee phone case in Rose Gold and received it two days ago with that being said the lights on it come on automatically, they won't turn off, & my phone is STUCK in the case. I don't recommend this site AT ALL. I would really love to contact someone to get my money back, i'm very disappointed. This is a joke. I don't know how to write a review on the Lumee phone cases on the app Wish so I came here.

I really loved to shopping on wish but there was some orders that never came, yes you send me my money back but i waited two months and didn't get waht i wanted, and this made me several times angry.
The return policy is great. Just have to watch out for sizes that are too small and shipping charges. I have found some great deals for my daughters 16thbirthday on here.

I ordered 30ml of Pai rosehip oil. I was sent 10ml labelled 30ml of some total rubbish.
I also ordered some eucalyptus oil. It was rubbish too. I'm an Australian and I grew up with Eucalyptus oil so I know the smell. This wasn't Eucalyptus oil and I have no idea what it was.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I just wanted to try and warn people about this HORRIBLE company. Do NOT give them your money. They are a SCAM! I placed an ordered 3 months ago and haven't received it. I've reached out to their customer support 3 times and all they will do is give me tracking information that says the items are in China and haven't moved since I ordered it at the first of March and that I have to keep waiting. Waiting for over 3 months is unacceptable especially since they can see in the tracking that I haven't received the items!

I really like the ability to do online shopping with wish, its a vice of mine. BUT when the item they send is broken, incorrect or the wrong size. I also don't want to argue about the fact it is broken. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT :) I never get credit for the POSTAGE. Just sayin its very annoying and If i left wish that would be the reason why
Most of the time merchandise is advertised for a very low price. When you order with changes in normal size the prices start going up to almost where you would buy in the normal market.
Secondly, the merchandise comes too late if it does. I ordered 2 things for my first trial, first one was a pair of shoes that was advertised for $5 with picture. When I ordered exactly same shoe in color and style with size 8 the prices jumped to $ 13 and when started to check out it became $ 17 plus shipping. To try the merchandise I still accepted it. It showed leather soles and leather upper but shoes came with synthetic leather with polyurethane thin sole. These are show beautiful shoes, nice in feel and looks but not durable.
2nd item that was a lingerie has not arrived yet past 37 days. They also sent the free gift for new customer that too has disappeared. I have about 100 items in the list that I would like to order but with performance and items quality I am very skeptical to order anything as they charge you on the order whereas you do not see the merchandise- god know how long if you are lucky to get it.
So make wise decision, it is all chinese market with chinese mentality of stiff you with the money, no one can do anything legally. They do not have any conscience and fear of losing a reputation. They do not know what is the reputation in business.

Their SECURITY SYSTEM IS GARBAGE! It's been hacked MULTIPLE times and card information is stolen. The first time this happened to me they STOLE $300. Me being naive, I figured it would never happen again, BUT IT DID and this time the HACKERS STOLE $900.00 from my account!
I refuse to buy anything from them again until they step up their security system.
They basically stole 250 of my money. When I talked to them before the no refund date they said my order was still coming. But when I talked to someone weeks later it was to late for a refund...

Please do not use this site. It is a brilliantly put together scam. While you may get away with buying small items without being scammed, please, please, please do not risk buying anything large on this site.
So this is how the scam works:
1) Wish.com advertises some item for a crazy low price
2) The item is in Stock, so you order the item.
3) The item never arrives (in fact never gets sent - as it probably never existed at that price anyway)
4) You go online to seek a refund (there is no call centre or chat function - no humans)
5) Online system asks you "Do you want to receive a refund or a Wish Credit"
6) If you answer "No" you get no refund at all
7) If you answer "Yes" you get "Wish Credit" to be used against future purchases.
8) There are no other options
9) Wish.con will then refuse to make a refund claiming that you chose "Wish Credit".
10) Congratulations Wish.con now has your money, and there is nothing you can do about it. Even closing the account will not result in a refund.
This way of marketing is actually illegal in my country (UK). The Consumer Rights Act makes it very clear that forcing customers to accept vouchers when not even delivering goods is illegal.
Basically just don't use this site - it is not worth the risk - there are many other similar sites like Lazada, Tokopedia etc. that do not try and cheat their customers.

Today is June 2nd I placed 10 Orders in April And I did not get non of them yet. Latest up date on tracing was may 4th. There costumer support is disaster. I will never try to order anything from Wish not I will recommend then to any body. WORST ON LINE STORE.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
