Don't know why this site is 2 1/2 Stars. This should b 4 1/2 Stars@ least. I was having great luck b4 this but, this computer was a steal. The only thing wrong with it is that it's not a 20".

Love the way you Wish manage things when something get wrong. I receive fake item, Wish give me back my money. Item never arrive or arrived broken. Wish gives me refund.

Takes forever to get items

I have had it take months to get my stuff. So some items no longer worked or fit. I ordered an outfit for my puppy. It took almost 3 months. By the time it arrived it was too small for him.

Great bargains, some issues with quality (depending on the merchant) and long waits, but overall some great finds and whenever there is a product you don't get, Wish refunds the item.

Wish Guarantee "We have your back! You never have to worry when you shop on Wish." Total BS. Ordered a wifi Endoscope and received a non wifi Endoscope. In the description and the pictured it all showed a wifi box and gave all the specs but because on the bottom it said package contents and did not list a wifi box, wish said what I received was correct. Now if you do get a return what happens is you have to pay to ship the item to wish and then you get your money back but you still lose the shipping. So what it sounds like to me is at this point wish can not pay the seller and keep the product. Sell it on there other site and make bank. I am not saying that is what they are doing but everything I have ordered comes from china and looking at the cost to return something oversees is expensive. So you do the math. If you try to call the phone number listed on the site it is a recording. Nothing more. Not happy at all with wish and I will not be ordering anything else from them. To be honest I am getting tired of all these rip off sites. Geek mama cute home all btw are wish.

This was my 1st experience ordering from Wish, and it has been a horror of ordered items getting to me 3 months after ordering, STILL HAVEN'T received my bras, my spaghetti strap tees, etc. They have had MY MONEY for months; and I have repeatedly asked for my money back, since my merchandise HASN'T ARRIVED. BUT NO MONEY, NO MERCHANDISE. SUE THEM? I wouldn't advise ANYONE to order from this awful place! A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

I have bought over 25 things from Wish. You really have to pay attention to the reviews, the amount of people buying the product, size charts, and what the reviews say the size runs. There have been a few things I bought that the clothing item did not fit, and I just took that as a loss on my part. Not worth sending back. There have been many things that I found for VERY cheap and are actually pretty expensive (example: matte lipstick! Found in stores for $20 and got it for $2 on Wish)

I usually only buy things that have actual customer photos with the stock photo. There are a lot of products that they use a different stock photo than what you're actually buying (example, sunglasses, It's happened to me.) Those photos can show you what you're actually buying because sometimes the fabric is different than what they show for the stock image.

Just be aware that these items are coming from overseas, you're paying a very small amount for them, and just pay attention to what you're buying. The shipping WILL take weeks. The fastest I got something was about 13 days.

In satisfied with my treatment

I was very satisfied with wish u til you blocked my account and you can't give me a reason for it after I have spent quite a lot of money with you and nobody can tell why or if it will ever be blocked and I also don't like you and the shops I have dealt with asking for a copy of my bank statement even after I have received the goods and I also can't rate any items that are still arriving as they ask the same thing for a copy of my bank statement and it actually only co Es as wish on my statement not the individual shops I would also like a reply if possible to answer my questions please

Waste of money

How about a sex toy for me and my husband and it showed a head delivered but when I went and checked the mail there was nothing there so waited 2 days and still nothing so I messaged them I was like hey it shows it's delivered and it's not I want a refund or another product and they said that it shows it's delivered and I got it and they can't help me

What a joke!

I stupidly did not do any research before ordering from Wish, and should have realized the price was too good to be true, There return policy is not clear, they say you "may" be required to pay return postage if you are not satisfied. All merchandise comes from China. I emailed them about my particular purchase to ask in the event i am not satisfied and want to return, if I would be required to pay the postage. I just get back a form letter saying saying "I apologize you have not received your package..." I then wrote back again saying that they did not read my email, that I was not asking about a package being late or not received. And once again I got back another similar response "I apologize you have not received your package". THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE for this company. Do not under any circumstances buy anything from them. Their merchandise is knock-off items made in China which are not the actual brand of the item you ordered, and if you are not happy, you will be stuck with it as it's not possible to communicate when them. You are just throwing your money away if you purchase anything, it's shocking that they are still in business.

Love WISH

I have been oredering from WISH for 2 years now and have never regretted buying from them. Reason being that the item is cheap, however not all the time is good item (only some item were encountered not as described).
Once I encountered any flawed item, i would write to Customer service and they would reply me INSTANTLY, EVERYTIME. WISH always puts customer at the forefront without any excuses.
For me, WISH have surpass some online shop with their positive response and customer welfare FIRST.

And I couldn't received most of the costly items that I ordered
Now there is no option for refunding
