Exited, I dowloaded the app and start placing items I liked in my cart to compare and decide later, THEN there comes an offer and takes me to the checkout page, I think that as in EVERY OTHER RESPECTABLE SITE i will be able to review my order before placing it, but nope! Just after selecting the payment method and VOILÁ the order was placed, with 5 identical items in my cart! Wish has No phone # to call, no customer service to talk to, no instructions on what to do... Nothing! I went to internet and find thousands of bad reviews. Why is this company still out?_ I feel so stupid! I knew the products were knockoff, but this is plain and simple stealing.
Happy with the whole WISH experience. The products are received in a timely manner when do not receive an item or have had a problem I've always been very quick responses overall very happy

I ordered one purse and it smelled so bad of PLASTIC and was toxic I couldn't keep in the house. It was said to be "leather". Also ordered shopkins some type of molded fake plastic crap showed up. I wish i read reviews BEFORE ordering anything from this site.
The products are well made and very fast delivered. It has very diffrent things nd a lot of diffrent themes. Im glad that i know wish its also very cheap.

Wish has provided me with many items over the years and I wish to highlight what I have learned:
1. Long Wait.
Most items are coming from Asia. It will take a month, up to 6 months sometimes, for your item to arrive in Canada/USA.
2. Different Experience Each Time.
Each product is from a different seller, therefore your order experience should reflects on the individual shop and the seller on wish.com, not the website. Some products may be exact, others have different morals.
3. Read Reviews.
There are many wish shoppers who will take the time to let you know exactly what they received when they ordered. Some accompany pictures or even video.
4. Price Varies.
If you find an item you like, save it for later. Do a search for the item again and you may find it cheaper from another seller.
5. It says "Free", but it's not.
The price is put into the shipping. If you really want the item, save it for later and you may have a discount when the price is reset to normal. Example: yesterday an item was Free + $4 shipping. Today it is $2 + $2 shipping. Then I got 10% discount I wouldn't have gotten when it was "free".
I like the products and they get delivered relatively quickly. The site keeps getting better, with better product choices. I like the free spins for discounts.
TI made a place and paid for an order of Christmas Tights and paid over an amount of R491. When I try and track my order I get a message that I have no pending orders so basically Wish have just pocketed my money. There is no way of contacting them directly and I am not posting images of my bank account - Payment was made on 20 November 2018 so I suggest Wish check their statements and reverse the payment
I don't believe they deserve any stars whatsoever. Wish is the worse company you can order from. I visited the website, saw an item I liked so thought of buying it, I created an account and entered my credit card information - while still looking at website without ordering anything, I received 5 emails thanking me for orders placed. I immediately tried to cancel them, tried to contact them by phone (number is just that a number- no one response); I send them emails - I received response in another language and they did not cancel orders. They put 2 orders for $14.; 2 for $31. And 1 for $12. To be shipped to Israel (I know no one there by the way). It has been pure hell dealing with Wish.com; they did not cancel orders, they still charged my account and even though I reported it to my credit card they told them shipment had been done to address in Israel (I lost my money) and still they keep on sending emails that orders are being shipped. WISH DOES FRAUDULENT ORDERS. I don't recommend it to anyone.

To any one who read this review and intend to buy from this site. I say to them do not buy from this site it is better buy from ebay. I have my own experience with this site as below:
In March 2021 I chose and bought from this site 4 Jackets size M for adult not for teenager when they sent the Jackets to me they sent size M but too small for adults to wear. They only fit for the teenager or some one 15 to 16 years old. I requested a return of 2 of the 4 Jackets that I bought but they refused they said that the right size.
Now I am stuck with 4 Jackets that small for me as an adult I do not know what to do with them. I think may be I have to give them to someone else for them to wear.
Now I delete my account with them and I will never ever buy things from them again.
That why I think this site is only deserve the Rubbish as their Name not the Wish. Their Wish name is an insult to the word.

I ordered five different items to try the website for the first time after the recommendation of a friend and the shipping information is not accurate, not even updated and the day of delivery change constantly; more than a month an nothing arrived. This is so disrespectful, and the costumer service I think is the same message for all the questions, incredible! WORST SHOPPING ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER, 0 HELP!
I ordered some clothing items on April 20,2020. I didn't realize they were all being shipped from China, which apparently has a broken shipping system. It is June 10,2020, still no items, still promises of arrival dates (different for each item) from three days ago, to two days from now, while the product is allegedly still in China. I used their "customer service" on their website, ended up with them saying they were giving me a partial refund, on three of seven items, without my asking for a refund. Hush money Here? I found some interesting info on the BBB. Here is part of Wish.com's refund policy:
"Once a consumer has reached a 40% refund rate we do block them from requesting a refund for all future orders until their refund rate has dropped to below 40%. They are notified of this and we do not hide the fact that they cannot request a refund due to excessive high refund rate currently. We have just reviewed the current flow and we now are more proactive and notify the customer when they hit 20%, 30% and 40% refund rate so they fully understand how close they are to reaching the threshold. Also part of the new process is that once a consumer reaches this threshold they can request an appeals review in app from their account answer 5 questions and we will review their appeal and in many cases we have rescinded the refund block on their accounts. This is a brand new process we have rolled out so we are constantly looking at ways to improve the customer experience."

I am waiting on a shipment, I was contacted by agent fredugo who has said he has a liitle problem he was stuck in jfk homeland security, they intercepting the consingment {mind you it is only colored tape} with regards to ownership of certificte so it is delaying coming util he could get another flight. He then said he needed me to send a money gram to him in the amount of $ 278.00 and time is a factor. I refused to send it and asked him not to contact me again. Now 4 days later he said it is almost there and here is your tracking #, you dont worry it will be brought to your front door and put in your hands. Then you can send me and my family money. I am so disapointed...

I recently placed an order with Wish. When submitting my order the system had changed the city and state that I put in. There was no way for me to go back to my order and change shipment info. Because the order had already went through.
I reached out to Wish concerning this matter and I was told that I was not going to be able to receive a refund or my items if the address was put in wrong. The thing is I put in everything right and when submitting the order the system changed the city and state info. I was told to contact the carrier.
I like WISH and shopping with them. I have purchased great things from WISH and received what I have ordered with no problem. This was the first time I have ever had a problem. The response I received from WISH after sharing this issue uninspired me to want to shop with them again. It made me think if another system error occured that I would not get my money back nor an attempt from WISH to send my products. Be careful when shopping with WISH. Make sure that you're system and their system is working properly. It could of been a system error on my part. I did purchase from a cell phone.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
