I ordered off wish I usually am happy with everything and receive all my orders this time they denied my payment but took my money and I did not get my stuff my card also said transactions were to wish I'd like my money back and for that to not happen again I'm about to delete the wish app if this happens again I know a few others it's happened to also
I ordered using a 50% promo code on my first ofder but WISH put a hold on the order. They asked me to proof that I was the owner of the debit card used to place the order. They requested me to send them a screenshot of my bank statement showing the trasaction with WISH, I did proven that I was the owner. When I try to reorder, NO MORE 50% off promo code was accepted. This is a crooked hook system making people believe they are saving lots of money!
I placed an order on July 6,2021 for $169.00 and I have not received any of the order. I have tried to contact them by phone and e-mail, but that is not possible. All I get is a recording saying they do not take phone calls. I tried all the e-mail addresses only to be transferred to a company called "Just Answer" and they said they were not affiliated with Wish. I have tried for 3 months now to get an answer about my order but nothing has worked. All I can say now is I hope this review is seen by other people so they will not get caught up in this theft ring. This is nothing more than AN ORGANIZED THEFT RING STEALING MONEY FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE. THIS HAS TO STOP!

Never received nothing had to lock my credit card the bank reversed all charges then wish used my card 3 times after i unlocked it ups is looking into my shipment they gave me a tracking # ups tracked it to some one else address wish have a way of faking all delivery they use a tracker scam who you track the # it will show the item been delivered to you the next day it will show a difference address SCAM-SCAM SCAM PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER UPS WILL INVESTIGATE YOUR CLAIM KEEP THE PRESSURE ON THE SCAMMERS.

What a horrible experience, and I haven't received an item yet.
Placing my order, in order to use the code for free shipping, I was told I had to place the order from my phone app. I installed the app, placed my order, and no opportunity to place the code was provided, just an IMMEDIATE charge to my card.
When I attempted to reach Wish there's absolutely no way to speak with a human. On their website I was told the chat was $25 - $40 to discuss my issue with their expert.
Of course, you have to cancel your order in eight hours and your email to them will take 2 to 3 days for response. I did inform them, within the eight hours, whatever they shipped will be refused and I'll see them in court if they charge me any "expert" or shipping! I've successfully sued AAA Insurance and CitiBank, and am just getting ready for Direct TV. We do have rights, no matter what country we order from!

I ordered some stuff from wish for halloween, had inputted my card details and clicked 'pay now', and presumed it had come out of my account... Recieved the items around 2-3 weeks later. Got a letter 2 months later saying I had an outstanding payment and they had added on a delayed payment fee, saying that even if I had payed prior to the letter, I had to pay the delayed payment fee! I am only 14 and have not signed any credit agreement and therefore I should not have been sent the products - it is illegal without a parent, they are in the wrong! Checked my account to make sure I had payed but the money hadn't been debited. The letter referred to another reminder for payment which I didn't recieve, and as the first letter they shouldn't be so threatening. I had ordered christmas presents for my whole family a week before recieving the letter and have no money to pay it - what do i do!? Can't they mark addresses if they refuse payment?
I ORDERED AN ITEM INITIAL DELIVERY IS MAY 6 THEN THEY CHANGE IT TO MAY 21 I REQUESTED A REFUND THEY SAID THE DELIVERY NOW IS JUNE 5! I WANT THIS OWNER INVESTIGATED AS THEY ARE FAKE I WANT THEM JAILED!

Well i shopped twice now with wish and both times i feel as if the dont care about what i wish at all. Seems that comunication on Wish's eyes dont involve any discussion or asking of anything. 9 out of ten times what i order has some exscuses for why i didnt get what ordered. Or they decide on their own that im not wanting wjat i ordered and refund my money causing my unhappiness. If i order a product then thats what i want so send it and if you fail to get me tge product then know that as the soonest possIble time i still want it. Ordered items in June to be delivered in June. Then, they changed to July. Now they are saying between September and October. The order is SUMMER SHIRTS! Trying to get a refund is a joke. Their online assistance is pathetic. Everything is just auto response. They took the money in June and I'm still waiting. DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY HERE!

There's to many mistake with my orders, for example for a quantity of ten described on the item, I receive just one, and also there's to many size problem (clothes or jewelry)

They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
