I tried calling and never got a human to answer. So I went the chat method. 64 minutes later, my account was closed. If your thinking on canceling, allow plenty of time to accomplish that task.

Tip for consumers:
I paid $6.06 for car and home. Don't let them gouge you.

Ordered item. Received confirmation. Canceled order two days later. Never heard from them after my request to cancel. Item never received. Had to turn this company over to my Credit Card Company. Received a full refund from my my Credit Card Company.

Stay away.

Ordered last night, again this morning. Both times, no order was place on their system. Both times my credit card was charged. Major issues with their web site, and their app. Not buying from them for awhile.
YES, I contacted them more than once.

There for 3 nights. Ceiling had been wet and was dis-colored and cracked in one area (2 to 3 foot area). Advertised with sitting area. Sitting area was, 2 hard chairs and a very small table, that was not large enough for 2. Dresser, and night stand was beat up in several places. (sawdust cheep dresser and end tables). Electric plug ins, consisted of a surge protector at each side of bed. One lamp had light bulb burned out. Breakfast was good, much more than rolls and toast.

It is not what you pay for.

Was there twice. On second visit, I was having my dogs nails clipped. Asked the employee clipping the nails about what appeared to be a mole on my dog. One of the vets, walked by the room. She asked him to "take a look". He did, was there in the room less than 2 minutes, if that long. He told me what it was, and approximant cost to remove. When I left, I was charged $75.00, for his opinion, which I did not even ask him to look. I disagreed when I left, but paid. I wrote the clinic, explaining my thoughts and feelings. Received, a letter stating, that the standard practice. I have never been back, and won't. Went to a different Vet, across town from this one. Love where I went.

Great people. Very friendly, caring & affordable. Senior and Military VET Discount. They also gave my dog a treat. It tasted pretty good!

Made a recent order using Prime membership. Asked prior to order, where order would be shipped from. Was advised, I would be told once shipped. I ordered, it was coming from China. SEVERAL Days before delivery, the day after I ordered. I canceled, it took, several phone calls, and emails to get a refund on this item (5 days). They want to give their 3rd party sellers 48 hours to respond to every email, question asked. I did finally receive a refund. I have cancelled my Prime account. I use to use Walmart a lot online. I never experienced anything close to this cluster, with Walmart, to resolve a problem.

I have ordered 4 times. 1 item was fair. 2 items did not work. 1 item never arrived. Items that did arrive took over 6 weeks. No way to contact them that actually works. Stay Away.

Made a purchase thru Groupon. I attempted to cancel it the following day. They advised me it had shipped. Now 11 days later. Item NOT shipped. They cancelled order due to being out of stock. They also advise my refund will be within a few days. Total Bad experience.
