I shop Wish all the time. Always go up 3 sizes when ordering from China. The jewelry is nice, shoes are always a size up as well, art, on canvas are beautiful, pillows cases of all kinds are gorgeous. Always take a picture and collect points to get 10% off your total.

I have made many purchases via wish and have liked how inexpensive some things are. Lately items have taken almost 2 months to get to me. I understand shipping time and can wait the 4-6 weeks. Lately it as been almost 2 months for items to get to me if they do. So if you need and item quickly don't rely on the shipping times or pay extra for faster shipping.

The "before" prices are not really belivable
Bought a few things off wish requested a refund once still waiting for it... they keep changing there points rewards system I don't like that pick something and stick with it. I heard from a little bird that the postage you pay is what wish charges. Not sure how true this is or not but they shouldn't be getting postage money because they don't actually send anything out. I'm about a 40/100 with my impression of wish.
I have been shopping with wish for over 12 months now and have found the site to be very addictive. There is so much to choose from. Delivery is not express, but it is also cheap. My only advise is, read the full description of the item and check what they say is in the package, as some of the photos can be a little misleading. But over all this is a very excellent shopping site.
Twice we order 3 mobile phones and twice we have waited and waited and still never received them we are not at all impressed with this

I have been a customer for over 2 years. ..have purchased hundreds of different items from clothing to shoes to toys I've only had about 2or 3 issues so far ...and those issues were very small issues ..customer service is very easy to get a hold of on the site..i don't think there is a number to call but there is a inquiry that you can report for any issue or refund...customer service is very quick and responsive thru email ...the only huge issue that i have with wish .com is the shipping it's ridiculous...if you order multiple items from the same seller you have to pay multiple shipping instead of the seller combining shipping...i no longer buy from them unless i can't find what I'm looking for elsewhere..some of those shipping charges should be illegal
I had purchased an item from the Wish.com and the wi-fi doorbell arrived quickly. I unpacked the doorbell and started to follow the instructions and no matter what I did I could not get it to work. I also had to buy the batteries separately and when they arrived I put everything together and looking forward to seeing the wi-fi doorbell work, that never happened so, I emailed wish.com and explained the problem telling them that I had been working on this problem for days and to my amazement they refunded my account the entire amount and stated that when the customer has a problem they want to clear it up as soon as possible. Well, here I have an item that does not work but I was refunded the entire amount and will continue to buy from Wish.com because of how they took care of this customer and I tell you all that this is a good company that you can trust. I did go ahead and purchase another doorbell and waiting for this one to arrive. Give WISH.COM a try and I bet you will get hooked like i did.
But sometimes there are stuff that don't show up but the stuff that do come are so worth it. Like the sizes are mostly soooo small. Even the xxxx, which is a big size in america. But couldn't even get my butt in it. And am a 42.

90% of the items i have bought of of wish never arrive! Yes wish will refund your money but items are bought because i want them! Not to mention it takes like 2 months for anything to happen!

I have one problem with WISH, and that is that the price on an item may say $6. And I will choose a size, and a color and the price will shoot up to $9., and I have checked to see if the colors or sizes made a difference in price, but it does not make a difference. That makes me think that that they are trying to cheat the customer. I have decided not to purchase tons of items for that reason. Does anyone know why this happens?
