I ordered from wish this month. It did my orders wouldn't come until July. So just out of curiosity I checked my order history to check my products and it says no orders has been purchased. So I call my card to see if funds has been taken and it has. So I feel as if wish just stole money from me. I doubt very much that I'll get a refund or ever get the items I ordered. Wish is a scam dont ever use it. It's just a site to take your money. It isn't legit. I HATE WISH.
I have been waiting for the ultrasonic aggressive dog bark since May I am still waiting I want this item please send or send me a credit
Some of the products I order were either not in stock or was sent wrong item. Most of the products I order were very good. I just didn't like the way some of the description of the products were listed and they were mis- leading(ex: listed in description that of mermaids and mofin were to bought together but wasn't they were sold separately. There was also a few more items that I ordered that were that way.)

When I need something all I have to do is look at wish and see if they have it I do have to wait longer than I want but that's getting better on some of the products
My experience as a first time shopper on the Wish site is not the best experience I thought it would be. I`m a bit disappointed that some of the merchants don`t use proper packaging when shipping merchandise of a fragile/delicate nature. Even though refunds were issued for received broken merchandise it was still dissapointing to wait for something for a long period of time just to get it damaged or broken all because it wasn`t properly packaged to begin with. There were also several orders that I never ever received for what ever reason. It makes me wonder if they were ever shipped at alI! I also don`t like the fact that you can`t actually contact a live person when you need one. Some issues that need addressing or just simple help is not always covered in a drop down menu or by multiple choice from a narrow list that the site has provided. And lastly, on the daily gift give-a-ways, why are you charged for the item plus shipping when you`re suppose to get it free if you get it in the allowed time frame before all items are gone. I find it peculiar that I actually won a free item during the give-away window time and was then charged for the item plus shipping, paid for it, waited the time that was provided for it to be shipped and then ``BOOM`` it never arrives!
For the most part I have no real complaints except I have had more than a few items that never were delivered. However Wish has always been prompt when asked for a refund, one or two days is the longest I have waited for a refund.
To complicate the payment workflow is not the right base to increase the customer satisfaction. The order process is ok, the bonus program is funny, but in some cases i miss a german support number from wish to clarify some issues.
All items received were broken, badly cut, horrible tissu, way too small or way too big. Cheap cheap tissu. Must items don't look like picture at all! I kept 1 item on 10 and did a PJ with it. The site is thrusthworthy. No credit card problems and they give you your money back with no conflict. I have to give them that. But their stuff is the cheapest ever!
In 5 years of dealings with Wish I have never ever had a problem with wish. Also in the shopping process, Never a problem that wish did not try and rectify asap.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
