I ordered 3 pairs of shorts on May 26th. I was notified that they would arrive approximately June 26th. Apparently, my order was one of the fast ones and Wish shipping indicated that my order arrived on June 5th. I did not get an email so, around when I started to look at the status of my order I saw the note that it had been delivered. I contacted support. Support told me to wait until July 5th. I contacted support 3 times - each time I received the same message. On July 6th, I again contacted support - this time I was told I could not get a refund as the refund period had passed. They also indicated that they have a "confirmed" delivery. There has been no delivery to my home - which I can confirm as I have every activity to my home stored on the cloud through my ring doorbell. They are unable to confirm delivery address or provide any additional information other than I am outside the refund window.

I received an email from wish that said it was an unfulfilled order. They asked me to contact support. I have tried several times and days to contact them and the website will not let me open the website when I try to contact them. They are not very helpful at all.
Ordered 2 x water pellet pistols, it showed as being delivered to the wrong state of Australia (2500 KM's away) I contacted Wish to be told I have to wait until the latest promised delivery date before I could complain and that I should contact Australia post to get my parcel back that was almost definitely incorrectly addressed and delivered. (Did they really think the recipient was going to track me down somehow). Then I contacted them a month later (I was away) only to be told I have to complain within 30 days of the PROMISED delivery date, not the ACTUAL delivery date, so they can't refund me my money. A blatant abuse of a crap policy.
A parcel was incorrectly addressed and delivered elsewhere and apparently it's my fault!

I ordered multiple clothing items. It is recommended to order 2 sizes up "to fit American body type". So what i actually recieved were 3 shirts and one dress(bag) that are so see through they can't be worn in public and they fit like maternity clothes! I do not recommend buying clothing from wish.

What a horrible company... almost two months and still awaiting for products. They took the money immediately but still have not delivered with items that were "in stock". Equally horrible is their Customer Service. Wish.Com has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. You are forced to download their app. Call the 1-800 number and the recorded message tells you to download the app. I don't want their App, I want what I paid for. I didn't force Wish.com to download MY APP for them to get their money.

I have ordered from Wish and I have never had a bad response or product... All be it I have not ordered anything over $100 because I am very sceptical... I have read the reviews here and they are scary but I have not had a bad service from wish... So I believe it's what you order and the seller you order it from... I have ordered products that took too long and I have received a refund and full apology... I have even recommended family and friends that have had great experiences. I advise to try it and see for your self... Not all experiences are the same.

Outstanding customer service! Though I've been frustrated with about 30% of my items ordered never showing up, or received damaged or wrong item than item pictured, customer service has always offered refund immediately. Only once did the item still come after the refund was given, but I was told I could still keep the item anyway.
My advice is to definitely read the descriptions very well of the items you are going to purchase and note their shipping charge as well as price when considering your purchase. They add up quickly!
Shipping times were not really accurate on most items. Almost all of them take 45-50 days to get to United States, if they get here at all. And most do not have any further tracking than China customs.
Even though all of those issues, I still will continue to shop on Wish app as there are some great items for awesome prices if you are willing to read descriptions and search a bit! Plus their customer service really is outstanding! Just contact them directly through the app by clicking a button! That simple! Love that! Thanks Wish! Keep offering great products for low prices!
I ordered from them and they said they would not refund me because they put the address in wrong and my address was changed by me and it was on my bank card. Now I have not received my full order after they made the correction.
I am sure that wish. Com means the best for all its customers however I wish it would check its dealers and handlers that are often sending us their products many times those products were late however I am pleased with the wish. Com is easier to correct the problem and refund the money but I do wish those that were sellers or dealers for their customers would be more accurate and getting things to us when we give our mailing address and address and expect them to arrive on a certain date one of the products one time they kept giving me three or four dates it would arrive after after that date I do not however reflect this upon everyone who works at wish

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
