I have been waiting for four months. They advertised that it would take 2 weeks and now keep saying it will arrive in another month. If they are having trouble shipping from China they should let you know upfront.
This has got to be the worst experience I have had ordering online. Product shipping not included or disclosed when ordering. $15 to get a $1 item, for example. Also, none of the items do far have fit. Wrong colors, too. Good grief. Never again!
We order 4 items only 1 thing came in. Taking says deliver. Can't get response or anything and the it's crap stuff not what's in pictures. Stick with what you know and trust. Wish should refund people or better control who they allow to sell stuff.
Accepts orders, charges your account, then one by one items ordered disappear but charges remain. Wish has no contact phone and emails are ignored.use a good charge card so you can get a refund. This company should be banned from doing business. Items are never really available just there for show?

I ordered 8 things 3 months ago and only ever received one item. Refund process was fast and easy but makes you think. Maybe they never send out items in hope that you forget about it and they can keep your money. Very weird experience!
No responses from staff, no refund, lots of fake goods being sold on Wish and about 70% are rubbish - poor quality, doesn't work or faulty after short usage. Delivery 2 weeks average. AVOID and go to ebay or Amazon.

Would give no stars if I could. Terrible company. Received the wrong size and they will not cover the returns postage cost even though this is their fault... Which was £9! Each email reply I had just said refer to refund policy. Nothing about what they do if it's their error! Disgusting. The boots were advertised as reduced from £290 to £28. They are not worth a penny, cheap nasty plastic. Do not use them.
My sister has ordered me several things as gifts from and so far one item was broken but everything else great. Now here is where the problem comes in. I ordered stuff before she did 9 items to be exact. So far I've only received two. One was reimbursed was told to keep product as an apology, still never came then two days later they emailed to say the product was out of stock so was never sent anyway. Was supposed to have one of my items today. Guess what? Not here waiting to hear back from them again. Very unhappy with my experience, however my sister's experience has been great.So order at your own risk but don't count on getting everything you order. Some stuff comes super fast other stuff you wait weeks for nothing.
For the most part, my experience with this website has been great. There are some items that are worrisome but that always depends on the "store" it comes from. I've only ever had one item(out of the ten or so that I have ordered)that didn't show up on time, but the company sent me a note apologizing and gave me a free little bag as compensation. My item then came about two weeks later.
Since my girlfriend told me about Wish, I've been addicted. Sure, shipping time is problematic. But if you're aware, don't order anything you absolutely need right away! I've never had to send anything back, and at these prices frankly there's been nothing I paid so much for that I would've gone broke over taking a loss at. Items that were sent that I was disappointed with were replaced by ones I wanted without having to return the original! That works for me~and they always did it with a smile.
If you get random charges from UBER.com etc... this is from vendors in europe using your card info. It; as been verified through wells fargo fraud department. The products were fine but not worth risking more fraud so i will not be ordering from them
I order mostly all my makeup, gotten a couple shirts, etc. Be careful of your a plus size like me, their sizes are ran differently. Some of the stuff takes a few weeks to get here, they are shipping from China. Other than that, love em. Great customer service, not a scam!
I received a memory stick that lasted 8 weeks and failed, all that went on it was pictures from my in car camera, so nothing with a virus, I've had two other items that are sub standard, most of it is cheap nasty Chinese junk. They won't refund or replace faulty items. Also they have NO CE markings or approvals. Avoid buying from this lot.
I have placed order. And yet placed another order for rings. Haven't received my first order. Still waiting. I hope that it arrives soon and it's exactly what the images showing. I don't know why shipping is so late and every item they e charging shipping cost. How stupidity. Just charge one damn amount n ship all together. Such a bad shopping online.
Products always arrive as described. Reading reviews has really helped me find the best quality items. When an item is lost in the mail I always receive a refund. I do lots of shopping with Wish, and will definitely continue.
Fist couple of orders went off without a hitch decent product shipping is super slow price's made up for slow shipping. Checking my bank info i discovered they set up automatic payments i didn't authorities these payments little over $100.00 when i tried to contact them no response now the account has locked me out buyer beware.

Stay away from and don't waste your money.
I think Wish is a very good place to buy smaller things like jewelry, decorations, some clothes and such. However, you need to be very aware of reviews, since there are many shops who advertise with stolen images, and thus you might not always get exactly what you expect. And most things are (as expected) rather cheap quality to match the low prices. Keep that in mind.
Having purchased a product through Wish and discovering it was completely ineffective, I struggled to contact Customer support to discuss a refund - the customer support link on their website was unresponsive for quite some time (opened a new blank window with permanent 'busy' progress bar type animation that never progressed). There is no local telephone number or email addresses I can contact them though. However after repeated attempts from different browsers, the original link eventually worked, and I was then quickly successful in arranging a refund.
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
