Terrible customer service. Don't give refunds when item doesn't arrive. Or is defective. Most of the items are tat and not at all what is pictured do not order from this site unless you want to be ripped off.

Short version of aggravation.
No way I spent 100$. Added 36$ that included counterfeit SD cards, items I did not order, etc in fact same type item from different sellers. I only needed one card reader not five
While perusing items wish cancelled items I wanted ( they were in stock)
Lastly I heard sellers ripped off too
Any way conclusion the make up and merchandise is made in China.
Go to local store or their online store and buy from reputable company. I like rite aide. One can return cosmetics, even if used
Stay away! Wish is the slowest deliverer of all time-that's if stuff ever comes. When asked they continually amend delivery dates. I am still waiting for an order placed 13 May with initial expected delivery stated as 28 May Use any other company/ website (EG ebay, Amazon)
Great experience shopping on Wish. I don't have anything negative to say. Although the 9 o'clock give away thing could use some work. I've tried to get something and everything is all gone before my phone loads.

I have contacted Wish at least 10 times on how I cannot receive shipping and order confirmation emails. Every time they were unhelpful, gave me next to nonsense simple remedies that a 5 year old would know that never worked. As it stands, since the brick wall of customer service isn't either understanding what I am saying due to their lack of basic English or they do not care enough to audit my account and find a remedy, I have in app notifications only to go.

If I could give less than one star I would. Delivery date kept being pushed back, more than 8 weeks after I placed the order. No customer service just some automated BS with its own generic Q&A. They will charge your credit card and even when items are long overdue you can't get a refund.

Ordered 2 shirts and shorts. By the time I get these items it will be winter. The customer service is an automated chat, so you can't contact them directly and forget about a refund, because that can only happen after 8 hours of placing order. This is why their merchandise is so cheap. Stay away from this site please.

Placed 2 orders, both transactions were immediately paid via my Visa. Received NO email from either vendor and have not received either item after a month. Called the 800 number "not currently offering phone support". Worst experience ever. Beware of this site, I'll never use it again. Terrible.

Bought a ding dong door camera. From wish waited weeks. Arrived well packed but has not got charging point or memory slot. Put batteries in lasted two days thought i had it made so if it seems to good to true?
Items still not received yet. I work in the shipping industry and visit these crap Chinese companies all the time. Wish doesn't even have a customer service number for you to call. Trash business, you've been warned.

Average products and had to wait ages for delivery. 1 item outstanding over 2 months later. Unable to submit a review of 1 star. Not going to give it anymore than that! Update - November - never delivered item - cash refund refused. Wouldn't buy anything from this bunch of jokers - ever! Avoid like the plague. Cheap Chinese crap!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Not only was my order never delivered, it was never even registered. Despite handing them every conceivable detail regarding product and transaction information, a complete unwillingness to even acknowledge the issue came from them. If I could give less than one star on this review I would. Wish should be disgusted at their 'support' team and entire organisational approach.

I order from it's sister site Mama and I would say I'm happy about 70% of the time. If course it takes a while to get the items as they are coming straight from China. Also, 90% are smaller than you'd expect so male sure you read other people's reviews before you order, also the description tab that should list dimensions! I think this is the biggest issue. If you live in the US and has a Dollar Store or similar close by visit that first because that's still a better deal! Quality ranges generally from less than standard to a western customer to "okay", but sometimes you can get pleasantly suprised.
I have ordered a jacket which arrived eventually and one breast pocket was missing despite the zip to that effect. I immediately got in touch via their APP explaining the problem. Left numerous messages but Ai algorithms won't allow a human interaction and it takes a long time for someone to get back to you with very unhelpful advise.

Ordered some flip flop sandals in a size 5, when they came through are more like a size 4, no point in sending back so just kept and sold on ebay, wont order again, the sandals themselves were lovely they did take over 3 weeks to get here, but it is china,
I've bought a couple dozen items off Wish. It's certainly not high quality but you get what you pay for. Some of the kids' toys were really good. Never an issue with refunds. If the item comes late, they refund no questions asked and the item still usually arrives. Takes a long time for shipping though.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
