I ordered a few things at once. 12 pack solar lights that arrived as a generic 2 pack and the other three items, which were supposed to arrive in two weeks are now scheduled for more than two months out.
It's been over 2 months since I ordered an item. The Wish app keeps pushing the delivery date out so much and there is no way to really see where your package actually is. Mine has been in Chinese customs for over 2 months now... I understand the virus complicates things but seriously? I should not have to wait this long or at least be given some sort of time estimate for when it is actually coming. My tracker for my fake vines order actually stopped giving me estimates since it has been so long. Another thing... vendors can lie about where they are from. Half the reason I ordered from this vendor is because they said they were in the US of America, so I figured it wouldn't take too long to get here. So tell me

Overall nice site to buy from. Waiting time should be reduced. I know they try their best and this is a worldwide site that can cause things to go wrong. Currently my lost items is 30 percent of goods bought.
I just ordered like 20 things from this App. The App itself has all good views/opinions. But now coming here, I'm officially worried. I work hard for my money, I don't want to get disappointed by any online purchases. I was VERY excited about the quality and prices. It says everything will basically be here by the end of March. So, we'll see! Trust and believe I will post a great review if my orders are all what I expected, and delivered on time. I really hope these bad reviews are false! (Wishful thinking). I'm just glad to see that they do pretty well with refunding, Because if this business steals from me, I won't stand for it! So I currently await the arrival of my orders. Though, The ordering process, and easy to use App, has so far, been great!
Their shipping and processing are alright. They ship from various locations, seems like in Asia. Although their products looks really nice the quality is quite poor, but then you get what you paid for. Customer service is pretty nice, they'll follow up a few days after (or maybe it's a system thing) that checks in with orders that should have arrived. If you need like cheap costume or something yea sure go ahead order form them. However, if you want like looking things, go to another site.
Everything I bought from Wish has been absolute *hit quality. I'd take a look and know instantly that it can't be used. Something I bought for $70 did not even work and broke on my first use.
They charge shipping as much as the truly dollar store value item itself, and the shipping is so slow that you start to forget you even ordered anything in the first place. The sales and coupons are a joke as whatever algorithm they have adjust prices and shipping to make sure that there is actually no sale.
You'd think all of this is bad practice but the most infuriating thing is hands down, the customer service or complete lack of. They purposefully incorporate an automated system to deal with you because they know most of us are full of wrath when we do need to speak with customer support. And the support is no help, so don't bother contacting them. They are not on your side and just want to get your money and if you're mad about anything? Too bad. Never shop here y'all

I advise people not to take a chance and order from WISH. Ordered 5 items of clothing all were very poor quality not what's on site at all. Am trying to send these items back but there is no receipt or s clear return policy. Am going to take this up with UK trading standards for help. Have been conned. Do not use them.

Half the time you don't get the product. When you do its cheap tat. The customer service is unbelievably bad.
Good prices but not worth the stress of dealing with their unfair policies and useless staff.
Unfortunately I had to give it 1 star however it really should be 0.
Ordered two items in early April that were supposed to be here in early May. They never came and which keeps pushing back the date of their arrival but it looks like they haven't even shipped from China yet. They appeared Dead Set against issuing a refund. Never again you got me.

Im tired of these people. I have ordered about 10 things from them. 3 have arrived no problem. 2 arrived vastly different than the description. 1 was broken. And the last has sat in "wishpost order generated" since april 17th. Two full months. They continue to change the delivery date and refuse to cancel or refund. They only send scripted replies. Don't waste your time or your money.

Ordered 2 mos in advance b4 christmas and 24 orders unaccounted for. Knew I should have went retail but tried to put more under my tree and thought Wish/Geek could help me with that. Had 1 issue previously with an oder not coming thru while rest of order was fine. Now 24 out of 35 orders are missing. Don't be fooled in thinking u r saving money when u need to turn to retail to get what u need. Only good thing is refund and keep what u get if still refunded. Let's see how many of these 24 still come thru. Sad!
Wonderful customer service until you receive the utter crap they send you. Then you're given the run around. They promise quick easy refunds but it's almost impossible to navigate a refund. Terrible quality items. Look good in ads but just awful when you see them. I complained and wanted refund on 2 crap items but so far only one has been refunded into my paypal. Going to paypal to see if they can help me.
I'm very angry and disappointed. Angry with myself for not reading reviews first and getting sucked in. DONT BUY FROM WISH!

Ordered a "purse set", yes it was leather, but the handles are cheap and short, the inside is completely unfinished, lots of rough edges bags are cheaply sewn and look like swap meet products. The "Large" bucket bag will not even allow the strap over my shoulder. Won't buy here again.
Excellent good deals plenty of different products at a reasonable price, can always find lots of interesting things from beauty, clothing, kids toys, electronic, pet supplies, kitchen and bathroom supplies, watches, shoes, whatever you can possibly want its there
Wish provides the same deal as eBay but mostly just cheap nock offs, bad products, or small over shown items. The app constantly sends you notifications. I haven't purchased anything from wish in a long time and probably won't for a long while if ever.
Item had a much lower price than Amazon, Ebay or Aliexpress. Purchased on Dec 3,2020 and estimated shipping date was Dec 17,2020... why it takes so long, are they making it from scratch?

They offered a request refund or substitute for same item... when I checked out offered "same" items, none of them were close to anything "same" or "similar", they just wanted to sell something else.
Totally wasted time to do anything with WISH, they just take your money & use it for weeks, now just need to wait how long the refund process will take.

Read everything very carefully, it may look like delivery is reasonable but before you know it the shipment is coming from China in 8-10 weeks. There are so many reviews saying the delivery dates keeps changing that i feel that is likely to happen to my order too. If you want low prices and don't mind taking a chance and can wait then just go directly through Alibaba, no need to pay a middleman.

They totally misrepresent their products. What should have been (2) 4 packs of outside lights was 2 lights. Not worth returning.It took a month to receive. Stick to your local stores or Amazon. I'll never order from them again.

Ordered six hundred bucks worth of product not once but twice. Money was refunded both times. First time wish said my credit was declined second time which said seller was unable to fill order. Almost 2 months waiting for nothing.The readers just pay up and get that product sooner than later
They're telling me I can't get a refund because the order is still within their shipping dates. Six months? Really? I'll be delighted with my light summer dress here in cold upstate New York in late September. They just ignore all your explanations, requests, troubles, etc. I'm guessing the products will be junk, but how can I know, when they never arrive? I will NEVER order from them again, tempting and cool as their stuff might look in the photos.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
