I am a real person I swear! I got a prom dress that came in today. It was the "sierra sequin off the shoulder formal dress" in the color green and black. The dress is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I imagined. Shopping was about 2 days late but it was no worry. Where it cuffs at your wrist is a little tight and hard to get over your hands but again it's no biggie. I really love the dress and I will be working with windsor in the future!

Wasted $100

I'm so so so disappointed with your customer service. I bought a dress yesterday and went home to try it on, it didn't fit quite right and when I went to return it the staff were rude, waited 20 minutes to come to the cash, and then told me the dress was a "special occasion dress " and could not return it or give me store credit or give me my size! This was a terrible experience and has left a terrible taste in my mouth

When buying online during thanksgiving sale. Order on cyber monday and not black friday. They do not have customer service set up to help the customer but to scape up all the customer's money. The customer service workers are not equipped to help you and they are not even friendly

I left a previous very low review, the item they sent me was clearly defective and not as described, but I do believe from the looks of it that their stuff is made very good quality, mine was just defective, however their return policy and their shipping is not very good, but upon speaking to them, they agreed provide me a shipping label for return so I'm updating my review, but I do think they should change their return policy

Terrible Service

This online shopping site is absolutely the worst in modern history. There shipping service of 1-2 days is only after they decide how many days they choose to process your order. Meaning if you order something on Monday and pay 1-2 days shipping that means I should get it Wednesday latest. Oh no, I got my item 4 days later than that. When I contacted them they told I have to allow for processing time. Amazon, ASOS, Boohoo dont do that. If I order it comes within the time stated. Also, the dresses are not all that. RIP OFF DONT USE THIS SITE!

This place sucks. Do not shop here. They will take your money and then tell you its not in stock but will still keep your money. And if you try to call they will be rude and tell you there is nothing they can do. Do not shop here

I had a prom dress emergency for my daughter we looked at every store we couldn't find anything! We finally went to Windsor in Melbourne square mall where Meagan and savanna were fantastic! They helped her try on 10 dresses until we found the perfect one it was the best customer service we have ever received and the whole experience was fun and not stressful Thankyou guys so much for your patience and you truly made Mailie's day special!

(I really would've liked to select NO STARS) I ordered my birthday dress and a few other things from Windsorstore.com. And for some reason, when my package got to a near by city and before fedex even attempted delivery. I checked the tracking and my order was sent back to the sender! Which was soo upsetting bc I was anticipating the delivery for my upcoming birthday. When I called fedex to find out why? They blamed the sender (Windsor) when I contacted Windsor they blamed FedEx. I kept getting the run around and got even more confused and disappointed. My address was correct. I just don't understand what went wrong, they refunded my money and gave me a 20% credit for a future purchase, but how do I know that this won't happen again? So I've made up my mind and decided not to order from them again. Too many games. I just wanted to look beautiful for bday trip to Vegas.

Worst supervisor ever!

Place an order that was never delivered. Associate was not giving me options besides to make a new purchase. Ask her for a supervisor and the sup- blame on me because pakg got retur to sender, and act as if she was a doing a favor on helping me with my order. She was so disrespectful and just offer the credit instead of send me the pakg. Worst experience ever. I'll never purchase on their website again.

This store has the ABSOLUTE WORST & RUDEST employee I've ever dealt with. Opens the store whenever she wants, although she sees customers waiting, (mall opens at 10, she finally opened at 1pm on a Wednesday) talking on the phone whole time once I finally got let in the store. Certainly did not want to ask for help and interrupt her complaining about customers. She lost 3 customers that day, who were there waiting as well. Will not go back until she is replaced. What a disappointment for a store that sells cute stuff. Do better Windsor.

Also I would like to add that when we were in line buying the dresses, the cashier kept jerking around and bunching up the dresses on the table to ring them up and get the tags off. No care was given to our dresses. The fabric was the type of fabric that you can't iron so it was really making me upset. The saleswomen need to treat the dresses gently but she wasn't giving any care to it. She was just too worried about doing it fast. Also the last thing she said to us was "no returns".

OMG. Awful.

I would give 0 stars. First time I shopped there was last weekend for a dress for my daughters dance. Everyone that worked there was rude and not helpful. Didnt know for sure about the dress we were buying and was told we could exchange it. My daughter decided not to wear it so I brought it back and the manager told me no returns or exchanges on special occasions dresses. No one told me that when I bought the dress and I told the manager that. She was very sarcastic to me saying see it's on the receipt. I said I should have been told that before buying the dress. So I'm stuck with a $100 dress. This is at Opry Mills mall. I will never shop there again. Horrible service!

I'm a former ASM & my experience working at Windsor was terrible. Every other day, the store manager would criticize what I was wearing. I couldn't wear a baseball hat & I couldn't wear a t-shirt, MEANWHILE the store manager herself would wear a hat & tee & it was the same for other employees. Doesn't seem fair, does it? She definitely had her favorites & let me tell you… I wasn't one of them. I took a summer job that lasted only a month, so I needed to change my availability, but I tried really hard to make it work at Windsor so I could be there for the business. That, however, didn't fly with the store manager or the district manager, Kelly. Kelly wanted to cut my hours & drop me down to part time. WHAT? I was very upset & thought this whole ordeal was unfair. Kelly proceeds to tell me, well actually she tells Liz, the store manager, because she didn't have the decency to tell me herself, that once my summer job was over, that my full time position wouldn't be available. I'm sorry, but what? How does that even make sense? Anyways, moral of the story, don't work at Windsor. They pay like $#*! & expect you to bend over backwards kissing customers asses.

Horrible at refunds
September 8, 2021

I returned 3 items, have been waiting for my refund for the 7 business days. Use a gift card and PayPal for my payment. Checked and saw my refund was issued to today and was unable to find in PayPal. Called customer service and they stated the refund the money back to the gift card that I tossed after use!?!. What company does that? Why would they return it to a one time use gift card? Makayla from Windsor customer was short and quite frankly abrasive when I questioned the logic of a company refunding to a gift card instead of PayPal. Short answer is they claim to refund for first form of payment. I call BS.

I loved the staff

I bought a prom dress and ended up not liking it so I returned not knowing that it wasn't returnable but the women working were very nice and let me replace the dress with a dress that was the same price. I was very grateful because they really didn't have to do that. When I was picking a dress they were very enthusiastic about helping me with choosing one and they were just so up lifting!

Loved the dress!

So i ordered this dress and picked express shipping (1-2 days) and was nervous it wasn't going to come on time! I read all these bad reviews that said they take forever to ship and i hadn't gotten a tracking link emailed to me. I went to the purchase email and realized the link to track it was in that email. Lol my bad! But it came in 3 days so that's why i took off a star. But i did love the dress! If fit true to size and i am obsessed with it! I will definitely wear it all the time! I will also shop here again for sure!

Worst service ever

I would never shop online again. This is the worst service I ever experienced. I tried to cancel my order and it took them 4 days to get back to me and on the 4th day that's when they shipped it to me which was too late. All I wanted to do was change the size to one item because it was an error. Melanie was the lady I talked to and she just didn't care and just couldn't do anything to help me.

Horrible experience at the Alderwood Mall, WA, shop.
Only 3 of the 7 dressing rooms were open. The wait time was 45 min. Plus. Sale associate claimed the lights in the 4 dressing rooms weren't on. The light to the entrance was.
I will never shop here again.
