To my complete loss of money, I read reviews too late. What was sent to me was not even real hair. I attribute it to fake cotton or some other non-beneficial material. Company advertisement a total fake and fraud. I can't post a picture because I put it in the trash can. Didn't bother with returning the trashy item because I decided I didn't want the hassle - I want nothing else to do with company. KEEP YOUR MONEY and believe the reviews!
I ordered a wig from this company. When it arrived, it was of poor quality and looked nothing like the pictures on website. I emailed, sent pictures and followed their protocol and heard NOTHING from them. Total waste of time and money.
I ordered a Marie Osmond look wig. I received the worst wig I have ever purchased. I can't believe they have the audacity to send me something so awful... SHAME ON YOU! I saw all the bad reviews but I thought I would give them a chance... bad idea on my part. People... listen to me.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are crooks! You WILL be disappointed!

I received my order quickly and it was the standard shipping. The hair is beautiful and better than I expected. Not a single complaint from this happy buyer!
I ordered this with a wig at the same time. It's ingeniously designed, arrives flat and is quickly assembled. It keeps the wig's shape and prevents it becoming flattened. It's also ideal when drying the wig as it will air it quickly and efficiently.

On 7/13/16 I made an order and the money was paid through PayPal withdrawn immediately from my account. I have received the email from PayPal on 7/14 and nothing from Wigsbuy. Sent them emails and no answer at all. I noticed that the order confirmation on their website does not omatch the color I ordered. I have no tracking information either. I have put a claim through PayPal and want my money back.
I bought 2 wigs that were on special 2x $70
They are the worst piece of good for nothing that I have ever bought as wigs. Unfortunately it will cost me more to return them to China.
Please do not waste your hard earned money. If I knew they were from * I would had never bought them.

This is a phony China Business! The wigs are cheap cheap cheap. They will not respond to you what so ever. Ive tried and tried to get help as to returning a wig but NO response. I can guarantee I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and ALL the social media I can! This is Not right!
The wig shown is not the wig you will receive. It took 2 months to receive. I tried to cancel before and no customer service. I filed a complaint through PayPal and received an email I would be getting my wig and if canceled they would give 20%. Still tried canceling just to get some of my money but eventually received a matted ball of nothing. This company is fraudulent and from now on I will read reviews before buying online. Don't fall for the advertisements!

These are the facts: I purchased a wig for $169.00 (on sale)- they sent the wrong wig and the quality was super poor! I have tried endlessly to resolve this issue and received no response. When I got PayPay involved - they responded by offering me a $20.00 refund! I rejected the offer. I really wanted the wig. The reviews I read from others were glowing. I now believe they were written by the company officials This is the worse company ever! You decide if you want to trust this company - but these are the facts! I've never had this happen to me when ordering from other wig companies. Can you believe they would offer me $20.00? That in and of itself should alert us to the fact this company is NOT about doing the right thing. The wig they sent me could not be used as a Halloween costume. Why not sent the correct wig? They specifically said to not send the wig back to the address on the box it came in - wonder why? DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!. Thank you for reading this review!
What you believe you are ordering is not what will arrive. You will receive a wig that looks like it was made in a poorly lit basement by a blind person. They will say they will allow returns, exchanges, refunds if you ship the wig back to their US address within a week, but they will never give you that address. EVER. I opened a PayPal dispute and they offered me $30 and to keep this trash of a wig. I sent photos showing how the weft was showing in the bang and back section, they would not budge that this was a quality wig that I received. This company is trash.
This Shakira style human hair wig is gorgeous. It is made for every occasion. Curls are absolutely beautiful and volume is perfect. Hair is so soft and I love the color. It fits comfortably and it is easy to put on.
The wig was shipped on time. I got it with no damage. The wig is very comfortable with a lot of ventilation. I prefer to wear it on many occasions since then. I feel lucky to have it. Thank you Wigsbuy!
This is my first purchase of any type of wig, & i am in love with it. I wear a hat/beenie to cover up the top because there is no realistic part, & i'm trying to give it that realistic feel. But the hair is not super shiny, it lasts, can get a bit tangled but what hair doesn't? I'm super happy with my buy, my hair is about half an inch long so i don't need to wear the hair net/cap that it comes with, i just pop it on. Really satisfied wth my buy.
The quality of synthetic hair is very similar to real hairs and I can wear it as a sort of daily because of its great quality. Color shade is ideally great. Hair shining quality is peaky standardized. It gives me satisfaction.
