I find the wig very comfortable to wear as I am always fascinated with the synthetic material which gives the dress a very smooth look. The long wavy style used in the wig makes it different and special. It is awesome.
Received my supposed Jane Fonda wig in blonde highlights.
Received manky grey, matted crown wig nothing like the advertised product.
Wig us so shoddy it is unwearable.
Company have not replied to my email to return the product or my money.

The wig pics look awesome and the wig that arrives 6months later is a matted discolored mess that won't even pass for Halloween costume. Don't waste ur money or time. (Ok. I was very nervous ordering the wigs online and not knowing where it was coming from and how it would turn out. I took my own measurements and made sure to leave a little room. The wigs came so quick and the fit was perfect. I can't wait to wear it to my sons wedding in August.
I ordered (*******) a wigs for $44.95 on 12/1/2015. Here it is 12/23/2015 and I have not received the order. The order was supposed to be shipped to me in 3-5 days and I still do not have it. I sent three emails on this issue and they tried to tell me that I did not pay for the order, that's why it has not been shipped. I paid for this purchase thru my paypal account and paypal emailed me a confirmation email stating that the order was paid.
This company has ruin a wedding I'm part of on 12/31/2015 New Years Eve with their scams. I ordered and purchased this wig for the wedding. I'm the Maid of Honor in this wedding and now I do not know what I'm going to do. I'm afraid to tell the bride and I don't want to stress her out with my problem.

This is the worst customer service and the worst wig I have ever bought. The front hairs are sewn so they stick straight up and it cannot be styled. The wig style looks nothing like the picture online and it cannot be returned without a surcharge. Very disappointed!

The quality is poor for the price. And the customer service it terrible. Treat it like "all sales final, no refunds or returns." If you do have to return it, you have to pay out of pocket and mail it to China. Their products do not match the photos in color, appearance and quality.
What they send is not at all what you see on their site. It looks to good to be true because it is. They wont refund your money easily and then only offer you a small percentage of what tou spent... eventually you take it just to be done with them. Please stay clear of this company.

I am satisfied with the overall quality of my products. My extensions do not shed where as my other wigs in fact do. I also noticed that the texture of my products are excellent, a lot more softer and manageable than my other hair I currently own in my home from other stores.

Order received was nothing like what I ordered. Garbage! No customer Service. You get a recording and they can barely speak English. Never received an email when I ordered it. I have a picture of the order and is the only thing that shows I ordered it.
I am happy to say I received a email from company that they are giving me a full refund. I was told that I had to pay for wig because that was their policy. I had contacted my credit card company to dispute charges because the wig had not ever been shipped and I cancelled order.

Then I got a cal at 10 at night from Hong Kong I explained the situation she told me they would send me wig in 3 days. I told her to cancel I don't want it. Purchased a $169 wig, discounted at $143. The wig was NOTHING like I ordered. They ignored my dispute and email. Have to dispute via credit card company. It doesn't even show up on CC as Wigsbuy, but "GZMHCompany", shipped from China!
So the wig comes, it looks zero like on the website, and I didn't even bother to try it on; just shook it and realized it is $66 worth of garbage.
To return it, you have to dial *******910, and it immediately goes to busy, and if you have a smart phone it reads "User Busy" cancel or call back. I would guess they never answer. YOU GOT ME~! "Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the lace has NOT been cut." I'm going to contact my credit card and dispute it.
