I received this today on time! And I have to say I love it. Color was a little darker but the length for me was perfect! Awesome product and very natural looking. I have been told I have never looked better! Well worth the money!
I order a beautiful wigs here, the products are not so bad as the other people said, it cost me $68.3 and it is beautiful i think, i am thankful when i went with them as an option, just the shipping time is a little long, maybe i will shop here again.
Had to return the purchase and they gave me a song and dance about how they had to pay for shipping and I got a discount so they could only give me about 15% back of my order. I went back and forth over and over explaining I too will have to pay for shipping and that companies only charge a restocking fee if any when you return an item that isn't worn. So they agreed to 75% but then never paid it, they said they could give me a coupon or an additional $5. Totally unethical. Would never do business or recommend to anyone!
I picked out two wigs and ordered them with WigsBuy and received the second wig yesterday and it fitted me perfectly and loved my new look with both of them on me. The hair was a beautiful brown and the other darker brown with gold highlights over the wig.
Along with my wigs they sent me comb and hair clips and couple of nets also as a gift with my wigs. The quality of the hair and feel was just like real hair so Thank you WigsBuy. I will buy again from them with confidence of getting good value for my money.

I purchased a wig here. I needed a large size wig. That is not easy to find in regular stores. Not only was it affordable but it looks decent. The cut is is on point and it fits my face appropriately. The quality appears to be good. I look forward to wearing my wig for a long time.
I'm a first time buyer and was a little hesitant but the price and the great reviews. It's such a pretty wig and I'm very happy with it. I haven't worn it out in public yet, but my family has told me that it looks very real. I like its' package, i feel very lucky to own it!

I ordered a wig from Wigsby and my experience was not a good one. I waited several months before finally receiving it. Once I received the wig it was not the one ordered. They did not add return instructions or postage labels.
The wig was absolutely hideous. I contacted them within a very short span of receiving it. They asked if I would be willing to keep the wig and accept a refund of $50. Of course my response was "no." This went on through numerous e-mails. Why would i keep a wig that I would never wear?
They refused to give a full refund and would not pay return shipping.
I was fortunate to continue negotiating to the point that I received a refund of $155. I will never order from this company ever again.
Do not order anything from Wigsbuy! Wig did not resemble or meet description on website. Quality was inferior & sent wrong color/style.
No Return Address on website. Sent 5 emails requesting Return Address which Wigsbuy ignored, until I wrote a Review to Sitejabber. Wigsbuy will make this extremely difficult to return & once you do, they will not give you a full refund (wig was in brand-new condition, un-used, original box & all unopened).
Wigsbuy stated if I changed my review on Sitejabber to 4 stars they would give me a refund. This is blackmail. I paid $97.49, Wigsbuy offered $48 even though it was their error & they sent the wrong wig.
Had to file a claim with Bank/Paypal to get refund. WIGSBUY CAN'T BE TRUSTED!

When it was finally delivered over a month later wasnt anything like pictured. Don't try to return because you will get the surveys sent but zero responce! This company finally replied offering I ship it back, at my cost, and they will refund less than half what I paid. Horrible response, product and customer service!
The product itself is thin, oversized cap and low quality. For the price it is a complete joke.
Good luck to anyone that is in the need and orders from this company. I'm sorry, there are other options out there!
I purchased a wig from Wigsbuy recently that looks NOTHING like the picture or description on their website - wasn't even the color I ordered. I emailed them for return approval & provided all the photos they requested. It's been 4 days since last contact & no response or return authorization. Smells like a scam. I am extremely disappointed - I ordered from this same company a couple yrs ago & was very pleased w/my experience. Maybe they're under new mgmt b/c their service sucks now.
I paid 300$ for my wig on September 10th and still haven't received anything. I contacted them by email about ten times but they tell me that my order will arrive but it's been 4 months! And on the tracking site, my order has been blocked since October 13! Don't order on wigs.com!
Don't waste your money. The photo looks nice but what you receive is trash. And you will have to report them to your bank to get your money back. I can't believe they are still allowed to do business.
Wigsbuy has brought different designed wigs in market. You can choose it considering your face- cut. The wigs can be found in different hairstyle also. Therefore, don’t get late to surf wigsbuy collection.
Gorgeous wig! The colour was slightly lighter than I ordered but because it is real human hair, it can be dyed. Highly recommend this wig and this website. Delivery was prompt and well worth the money!
These people give you real human hair in a wig that could be cut similar to the pic. It is in no way the picture of the wig. However, a cheap but not poor quality human hair wig that you can take to your salon for a cut is what they deliver. DO NOT depend on the pic except for the most basic reasons like hair length and their coloring is good. I have been wearing wigs for 17 years now. These are good cheap wigs. If you think you can pull it out of the box and have the 700 dollar hair cut then forget it. You can't even get the haircut with the wig due to the limitations of the hair/wig. You can have a really nice wig for far less than I have ever paid for anything else though. I do wish they would show the pic and then the actual wig pic. It's a 200- natural hair wig. Put some money into a good cut and run with it. You will like it.

Warning! Warning! This wig the worst matted wig I've ever seen, Wigsbuy you should be ashamed to sell a piece of crap like this. Nothing like the picture. Pls trust me when I share that wigsbuy.com is a total scam artist rip off company. Any positive review is a 100% lie. The wig pics look awesome and the wig that arrives 6months later is a matted discolored mess that won't even pass for Halloween costume. Don't waste ur money or time
I purchased 4 wigs from WIGSBUY and am completely satisfied. The quality of the hair was just fine. The price of my 100% human hair wig was great! Moreover, I had a question before finalizing the order, and so placed a direct call to the company about the order. I believe the company is in China... but we spoke in standard English. I found the customer service person pleasant and direct. I've read some reviews that complained of lengthy delivery times, but I found the time well within the expected delivery and processing times posted on the site.
I would purchase again from this company.
Wigsbuy sent the wrong unit and after me sending all the requested info; picture, labels, etc. I still have not heard from them. I will NEVER buy anything else from them knowingly. A lot of these type sites where you can get a "deal" originate from China and may have different site names. BUYER BEWARE!
