So I spent nearly $300.00 on wigs and when they arrived they were horrible, wrong color on two of them and the other was just not a good wig. I called, I sent emails I sent pictures and still they want me to send more pictures. They take time to respond, I doubt think they will ever sent me the address to return them, or refund my money, so don't bother ordering from them.
The combination of fanatical polished color along with straight hair texture but cap is very soft which makes this medium hairstyles less durable but more comfortable. The length of the hairs is about 12 inches and the hairlines fiber is made up of 100% human hair.
The price was so good for the high quality. I got the long synthetic lace wigs on time and I am satisfied with them. The good material was very comfortable. I loved them very much, and they were really a successful purchase. They are suitable for all women. My Order number is *******
Wigs was ordered on line. It took quite a while to get it. For more than 4 weeks. When got it, it was not the right one. Company must have ordered from China for shipping. Therefore, I did not bother to contact them for refund. Because I looked at reviews and customer complaint similar as me and she indicated that she did not get refund.
I have to pay custom duty which was not mentioned by company. But when I contacted them, they advised me that I have to pay.
I ordered 2 wigs. I complain to PayPal and they accepted their untrustworthy comment. I paid $98.00 for 2 wigs and received 1 item. Where is the other item. The wig received is not what I ordered. I have no idea what this is.
I ordered two wigs, one I got after about a month and it looked nothing like the wig I ordered. I let customers service know right away. They said I could return the wig but they would charge me shipping and processing so I basically would get nothing back. I told them I'd like to cancel my other wig since it never shipped out and I figured it won't look anything like what they advertised. They said I could cancel but would only get 30% of my money back per the cancelation policy. I wasn't going to let them keep 70% of what I paid and get nothing! The wig still has yet to ship! It's way over the stated processing and shipping time frame. This company is falsely advertising and then keeping your money. I've attached the photos I sent them letting them see how different the wig was from what they sent out.
Sent wrong wig, wrong color, I paid them 196.00 refused to offer me anything but 90.00. Emailed them 5 times before I got return address then said they would offer me 90.00. Wig never worn, got it two days ago, in excellent condition.
I was super nervous about ordering online and after other reviews I was even more worried. I ordered two and they both are great. I told myself I would put an honest review once received and I honestly think it was a good choice. I am so happy.
They sent the wrong size. The cap was to big they sent me an average I ordered a petite. Then the cap was so poorly made. If you move your head a certain way this seam pops out. I spent over 200.00 for this wig. Save your money.
They advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee, send you a poor quality wig, refuse to honor the return policy without fighting with them, and then send you return instructions which violate Federal customs laws. They ask you to return the items as "gifts or samples" and to underreport the value of the item - and this is in writing! So you are required to break the law in order to return items to them. I've reported them for customs violations but they should not be allowed to do business in the US.
Ordered wig for my mother who is undergoing chemo. The completely wrong wig was sent to is - had a part placed directly in the middle of the wig. I notified the company who informed me that they could provide me with a 25.00 credit. A 250.00 dollar wig - sent the wrong wig and had the audacity to offer me 25.00. I insisted on a full refund or at least send me the correct wig. Nope - at that point they offered 150.00 if i returned the wig and paid shipping. The customer service department is a joke. Stay away from this company. Very disappointed.

I purchased three wigs and two wig stands for myself in November, 2019. I received my order and one wig stand arrived broken. I notified Wigbuy about the problem, sent pictures to verify the damage and sent follow up emails. I was told that I had to pay for shipping of the replacement stand. I paid via PayPal for the shipping five weeks ago but still no replacement wig stand or contact from Wigbuy. I promised a family member to help her get some wigs but it will not be from Wigbuy. Their customer service stinks and they also give a non working phone number to their customer service contact number. I would not recommend Wigbuy to anyone.
I will never purchase anything from this place again, this hair looked like it came off of a animal, it took two months for it to arrive, I was definitely robbed of my $260. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased. I will definitely contact BBB
I received my order today. This wig arrived promptly and well packaged. It comes inside a black hair net and when it is unravelled the colour is such a striking red, very beautiful. This product comes with a wig cap liner to put over your hair before putting on the wig. Unlike other wigs I have tried, this one does not become warm whilst wearing it which is great. The quality of the hair is excellent and the red colour is intense and dazzling. The inside of the wig is very well made and there are adjustable straps if you need to make it bigger or smaller for your head. I did not need to adjust these. I love the length of this wig and it is wavy and bouncy. I am very impressed with the quality and colour of this wig and I love it!

Horrible company with unethical practices. Don't order from them! They say Full Refund if not 100% satisfied and then they don't give you a return authourization or your money back when you are not happy with the product.
I have went back and forth with a return address from this company,, I ordered 2 hair extensions. First was a 12 inch, I later realized I need a 16inch. So, 2 weeks later I ordered a 16, in the same color. They both arrived one week apart, but 5 or 6 weeks later. THEY say I ordered same color. But one is Strawberry Red, 12 in, the other was almost Dark Brown. I sent in photos, showing such a difference in color,, If the 16 inch was same as 12 inch, I would have been satisfied. 16 inches don't even feel normal. (not human). They just keep saying that's what I ordered,, Their address is from China. They will Not give me a proper return address, just a Return number. How do I at least get a partial Return? Cause that's what they are saying,, They just want me to keep both. STAY away from this company!
I was so excited to order a wig for the first time. The wig I ordered I thought was so cute. Welp when it arrived it look like a dead animal stuffed in the box. I absolutely love my wig. The only minor thing about the unit's hair is it's kinda shiny. But, its synthetic. With proper care, that can be eradicated. The unit color is just like the product's photo. I like that it's not too much of any of the colors, just enough to make the unit look DOPE! The hair is full.

Answer: The positive ones are fake reviews. Standard English is butchered in these reviews. They also write things we would not say like "i recommend site to all my friends to buy." These bad reviews are the honest ones because they have no reason to lie and no agenda to put money in this merchant's pocket. The bad ones are assuredly those who HAVE paid for horrible wigs that are poorly made. They write these reviews for two reasons: 1. It is cathartic getting the scam off their chests, and 2. To help and warn others. It is a waste of time to leave an honest review to help others knowing people will not believe them! For what reason do they have to lie?
