I ordered a wig from them, it never arrived and I am out of $250.00. No communication, only after I emailed 10x finally said they would ship but never heard from them or received the product. I am trying to get my money back through Pay Pal

Nice wigs, I really like they have an option for petite cap size, because other wigs are always big for me.
It takes a little while to ship and receive, because they are made to order for some, most or all.
So don't order expecting it within a week
I have always have good experiences when needing to contact customer service.

I ordered something months and months ago. I finally arrived from China today with a very long confusing return address and NO return label. The other is completely wrong color and of a very cheap quality. Do not waste your money. Now I need to see if they will refund my $90. If not, I will be adding that information to this rev iew.

The wig does not look like the picture of wig that I ordered. The wig part is crooked and bangs are very short. No bangs are on wig I ordered. They will not refund my money with returned item. Horrible customer service.

Based on other reviews, I tried to cancel my order three days after ordering. However, instead of cancelling the order they delayed the cancellation until AFTER the wig shipped then stated the order cannot be cancelled and refund given.
The pictures they use on their sight are NOT their wigs! False advertising!

I have sent 9 request for someone to contact me. My wig arrived. It was the wrong color, was not monofilament and was not hand tied nor was it the same style. I have done everything I am suppose to do and they have done nothing not one thing to resolve this matter. They are just sitting on my money. Don't spend your money here. Give it to a church out there somewhere or a soup kitchen.

I heard from Sherry & have been advised that my order will be shipped. That is all I wanted. I love all my human hair wigs that I have purchased from Wigsbuy. They are heat friendly- I use hot rollers all the time with them or a ceramic curling brush.
They feel like what my real hair had felt prior to losing after chemotherapy. I honestly could not live without my human hair wigs.

Thanks this arrived yesterday as promised and fits very well. The lady I dealt with was very professional, even though I wanted to buy a different wig we went this one because of yuor advice and so far I am please with it.

If ordering from this site. They will send you what they want & will not refund your money back if you are not satisfied. The have no real contact number. You have to wait until the decide to email you. The wig I received did not look like the picture it cost $57 they said the will give me $12 refund... If you use this site buyer beware.

I would like to say that up till now, i have had an excelant service from your team. I have ordered 3 items and got 2 of them. It was delivered in a good box, and the wig was as i imagined.at this time, i am waiting for the custom made wig, and i am very exited to see how it will be.
All over, my impression is very good

My wig is not manageable and wrong color. Tried to find the name and color of this wig and the site said not found. I wonder if they just sent me a leftover wig because it doesn't look like what I ordered. Now they don't recognize my e-mail either.

Ordered 2 units 1/25/20. Never received. Contacted my bank to dispute charges. A week later received 2 wigs of awful quality and not as pictured and not style or color I ordered. No customer service phone. No refund or exchange opportunities.

I ordered 2 wigs for $160.00. They were nothing like they were pictured on the internet. They look like Halloween hair you would buy for $5 from a cheap custome shop. Worse they said they will only refund me 70% of my money. Complete waste of time and effort.
