I ordered a some cell phones in November and realize I will not be received them until after Christmas. On December 3rd and contacted GearBest to have the order cancel and refund my money back. I get getting a run around and Gearbest decided on their on to ship my order on January 3,2020 which I don't know why when they were suppose to refund me my money back. Due to the fact that I was out of the country I refused the package and asked DHL sent it back to Gearbest. I keep send them message demanding my refund and their response is they will not issue a refund until the item is received. These people don't care at all about customers or issues that they created, They are total scamers. On February 7th Gearbest asked DHL to destroyed the items instead of returning it back to them. Now they are tell me, because of their lose they will offer $200 in their store credit. Who the hell told you people I want your stupid store credit. You guys lose because you don't care of listen to the customers. If this order had been cancel since December 3 like I requested we will not be in this position. Gearbest owes me 588.75 and they are trying to steal it. Order number **************729.
