I purchased a Wigs buy with light brown hair color. I mailed the wig back to them almost a month ago. The wig was brown in front and black in the back, which was not shown on the website I emailed wigsbuy customer service about my refund. Received repeated e mail stating to send them a picture of the item, which I have done 2 times, they have the order # why do they need a pic of the wig?. No phone # to call them, and no refund.
