I ordered One Shirt Nov 2023, a Christmas present for a family member. It's now near 3 months and still no shirts. I've e-mailed numerous times with the same response "We are in back ordered".
I've never given a bad review to any Company, but I feel I should strongly advise anyone from purchasing Anything from them, or you will be in the sane situation as many have been.
I wished I had of read the reviews before ordering, it would of preventing me from my purchase, and many email's to them, to no avail, and no shirt.

Ordered three t-shirts in June. Here it is September and still don't have them. They don't refund your money. Don't order from them. Every time I follow up on order they say it's in "Quality Control ". How long does it take to make 3 shirts? Cannot be true Christian company. If they can't fulfill orders then they shouldn't advertise.

Horrible company hiding from behind the cross.Really sad, as I am a Christian & this Co. Gives us ALL a bad name.We have been waiting for an order for over 3 months.We paid them( of course they cashed the check right away!) & only told That they are a small CO. So they are behind.We requested a refund & they will NOT!WOW, some Christian people huh...They should be embarrassed, yet they are not.Go figure...

Placed order on May 13,2023. Today is July 23,2023. Have emailed 4 times with excuses as to why my items have still not arrived and when I asked to return my money, they sent me a copy of their policy of no refunds...No product.No refunds...soooo how does this work? I AM A veteran and am EMBARRASSED that some business would represent us in this manor.

I am sad to have to give a bad review to an organization that is Veteran owned. My son is a Veteran and I thought I would give this business one more try. I placed my order June 11,2023 at which time they got my money. It is now September 5,2023 (almost 3 months) and I still don't have my order. I most definitely will not order from them again. My other orders took over a month but this is not acceptable.

I tried to cancel my order the same day I placed the order. But no one would respond to me. I tried to contact them for days to no avail. I also had pay pal to try to cancel the order they also ignored them. They shipped 15 days later, and I never opened the package I returned it immediately. They tell me now that I cannot get my money back, I can only exchange it or get store credit. They said it's because they only sell special ordered items, but they were not specialized, but they will exchange it or give store credit. I just believe if they were the Christian company, they claim to be they would return my money.

I placed an order for over $100 in April 2023. I followed up numerous times about the delivery. They kept giving me the same excuses that they were behind in production & they hid behind being a Christian based company. I asked for a refund seeing that they had my money but never delivered the product & they said they couldn't give a refund but said they would get my product to me. It has been almost 1 year & I still haven't received either the products or a refund. And before that particular order, EVERY TIME I ordered from them I had to follow up on where my product was. What a shame to use a Faith based company to steal from people!

If all things are done by faith, tell me why I placed a order in May of 2023 and it is now August 16th and I've yet to receive my order. You didn't have any trouble getting the money from my account, so I would appreciate that by faith my merchandise will fly by soon. Thank you, and God Bless

Checked this company out on the Better Business Bureau site...nothing but complaints. Items ordered, paid but never received. I got scam too. Please check out the BBB site regarding this scam...their rating is F.

Yeah, Christian and Veteran owned. Two of the reasons I ordered from them. Ordered in June of 2023, still no merchandise. They refuse to refund, won't send the order, won't answer to complaints with the BBB. Don't order from them. They are scammers and liars. Shame on you for hiding behind a Christian facade and stealing from your customers.

Ordered a graduation gift for my granddaughter in May….every time I contact they say it is all on backorder or that they are working on it….if they have to order something then doesn't that mean they haven't started it. Why can they not give refunds bc when you order no where does it say no refunds. BBB has complaints for tshirts, mine was jewelry. They say they are Veteran and Christian owned…,,shame on them bc a Veteran would not scam people nor would a true Christian. My plan is to see about criminal charges, not to get my money back but to stop them from continuing to scam people.

I placed an order on July 27th. I had not received any shipping/delivery info so I reached out to the company on 8/4. Their response is below. Order Status - We are making a huge push to get completely caught up very soon, please keep an eye out for a shipping confirmation email with your tracking. On 8/25 still nothing. I requested that my order be canceled and a refund issued. Their response is below:
Sorry, we do not process refunds or cancellation requests as we all order by hand. We are a small Christian family business. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Below is a link to our return, exchange, and refund policy. I searched reviews and found a lot of people have been waiting months for their orders. Check out the reviews on the BBB website. Buyer beware! I will never order again from this company. Still waiting!

I ordered 2 T-shirts June 6,2022 and have never received them. Paypal paid the company for them. Every time I contact them, they say are having problems with different things and will be sending out soon. As of today, I still have not received anything. Very frustrating!

I place an order for a necklace and a ring June 30, they processed payment immediately. I is now Dec 18 and still no product after MULTIPLE emails asking about shipment, with a response of please be patient, we have been short staffed and other similar responses. These were to be gifts…and no refunds….I continue to get ads in my email and texts …. If they are behind in orders why are they advertising more product. It's almost 6 months and nothing but frustration. 1 star is being generous here…

Their T-shirt prices are high-priced. Nine days ago I got an email saying my T-shirt was being sent to quality control and getting ready to be shipped. No days later it's still nope it shipped and no further communication. In my humble opinion customer care is highly valued, something this company lacks. Look elsewhere for your Christian t shirts.

I ordered something 7 September and still have not received it. I keep getting fobbed off by excuse after excuse and they refuse to refund any money. There are loads of people in the same boat. Thieves.

Order placed January 29, a couple of February emails from this company "your order is headed to quality control" & "Thank you for your recent order and supporting our small business. We apologize for the delay, we are expecting a large delivery in the next week or so" and now a month later no shipment and no further correspondence. I have today requested a refund in full. We'll see how that goes...I don't have much faith.

These folks make one excuse after another for not shipping ordered products. And then they refuse to cancel the order. I have disputed my credit card payment with my credit card company.

They are crooks. Calling themselves Christians is sad.
